I am on disability and have had a difficult time to transfer funds from my disability account into my old second account and Cindy showed me what to do and even helped me with the documentation needed to transfer funds and explain the language used in the terms of service. The team was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable & friendly. A special shout out to Chantel who was the banker that worked with me directly. She had a great energy and was very easy to speak with. She provided me options and was very understanding regarding my concerns and questions. I am not the easiest to work with, however she handled me like a charm. I greatly appreciate you helping me out and providing a great visit! Looking forward to doing more business in the future.”

It is a capable and professional organization from top management and through the entire organization. I want to applaud two specific people, Heather and Lori. They are both in my local area but at two separate branches. Heather routinely handles my business requests with skill and efficiency, Lori is a star when it comes to foreign exchange currency, as I routinely ask her to order currency for me as I travel abroad. While these items seem to be a challenge at other banks, they are easily handled at St. Charles Bank & Trust, that makes me a happy client. Thank You.”
