Unfortunately though, I had my 13 month old in tow with me today and asked if they had a bathroom to use and a worker told me that they did, but no changing table. Was a total bummer because you would hope in a baby store, there would be some baby friendly accommodations.”
“I needed a dress for the symphony last weekend- they had amazing deals here! There weren't very many options left, but I'm sure that was due to the nature of the deal. It was a pink tag deal of buy one get one free and I got two absolutely gorgeous dresses that fit me like a glove! I was very satisfied with my purchase!”

“I’ve always received the best childrens attire gifts from here. Such beautiful, well-made and designed clothes. I actually like that they don’t have a dressing room. Dressing rooms get so messy especially with kids. Their sizing is accurate anyway, and they have a decent window of time for returns if the size doesn’t work out. The sales associate was very helpful even checking other locations when I found items I liked but were not the size I required. I had such a pleasant experience and am tired of online shopping. It felt good to get out to an actual store. The store is small but not overly crowded or overwhelming like department stores can be.”

“I went into this location last minute to find outfits for a trip I was leaving for the next day. I had minimum time to shop because I had to be to work within an hour. Matt (I believe that’s his name) stopped me and let me know that he’s available if I needed help. After walking in circles I finally asked for his assistance. Within 15 minutes we had several outfits paired together that matched shoes I already owned. Typically when I shop without trying on, majority of my purchase is returned. Everything fit and looked good together. Thank you so much Matt, you’re a life saver!!!”

“I have been coming to the Chicago Premium Outlets for years. Always loved the large selection of retailers, and even more with the expansion they've done in the last few years. The only down side is limited restrooms (I believe due to COVID) and parking. If you come on a weekend just prepare yourself for long waits either looking for parking or entering certain stores like Nike or Adidas. Other than that, the facility is really nice, open air and plenty of discounts throughout the year.”

“Christopher was great! Love this store. It's packed with deals and great quality denim. Worth a stop if you're at the mall. They do only carry up to size 34, or about a 14, and you can always order 36 or 38 online. Very attentive staff and clean dressing rooms.”
“I came here twice in one day to explore the sales bargains that they had on offer. There was quite a choice which was great. I ended up buying a number of heavily discounted items which was fantastic. Also the help and service provided by the staff was excellent. One young man had a particularly good understanding for what I was looking for and helped me to add to my purchases. Such a shame that they didn't spray the store with their delicious "Fierce" eau de toilette any more. Is that a thing of the past?”

However, this store had a great variety of beautiful dresses in all different sizes. The staff was very kind, helpful and patient. The prices were also very reasonable for the great quality dresses.
