Chad Fuko - very professional, knew his product thoroughly. Chad took one look at my faucet picture and said “Devonshire - $381.29” I never thought I was going to find my 16-year old faucet. Chad nailed it in 1 minute. Two forms filled out via email, and I had my faucet - and a very happy wife. Doesn’t get any better than that.”

Bill was patient and helpful from design, choosing materials, modifications and work order changes right up to the final adjustments. “Ace Hardware in St. Charles really is the place with helpful hardware people! And they are all so friendly and knowledgeable. It’s also my go to place for keys made correctly (I never have success with those machines that supposedly cut keys for you), glass cut, and screen repairs. Each Ace has its own specialty items it sells, and this Ace has exceptional items I can’t find anywhere else. I’m also talking about the “impulse” aisle you go through just to get to the registers that has lots of items you didn’t even know they made or needed! Haha. I always find something here that wasn’t even why I came here in the 1st place! But I really like that, and the chit chats with the staff. Highly recommend a trip here when you need help or an odd item, because if you can’t find it, the staff will recommend an alternative for your project. Kudos!”

“Great "small town" hardware store. Never understaffed. You can always find someone to help you. Very nice selection and competitive prices. You can shop online and pickup in store, or go in and talk to someone if you're not sure what you need. Services like screen repair and key duplicating are offered. Plus, you can get in and out in five minutes, and you don't have to walk a mile wandering down endless aisles filled with everything except what you need. The best attribute, though, is the people. Helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with.”
