“It's been great being here. They have been very lenient with rent and unfortunately I paid to vacate a couple days ago. It was suppose to be a 24 hour thing but since my until is a bigger one they gave more than enough time to vacate. It took me a bit to find more people to help move my unit but I got it and even though it's past the time I was suppose to be out I was given more time to move everything. These people are awesome who work here. I like every one of them.”

“They show the unit to you and in the unit there is a gift basket. It felt like a mini house warming. :-) The unit was clean and had no smells. No odors or smells of mold or mildew. No fragrances to cover up smells. Just a clean unit. Very well kept property. And they provide guest wifi service.”

The quality of her customer service is off the charts, 5 stars isn’t enough. If I ever had a problem or question she was always there to resolve the issue or explain whatever question I had. In the years past since first becoming a customer I have referred many people to Cube Smart - North Chicago. In my opinion, the best on the North Shore.”
