“Thanks to the employee in this store I sent my package without delay. I called this UPS store earlier and I asked them if I come minute or two late they will accept package, but cause of traffic I came 9 minutes late. The employee was very kind and accept my package without arguing. I apologized to him for being late and expressed my respect and understanding. Maha at this location was incredibly helpful to me. She guided me step by step on how to contact Amazon, initiate the proper return label from the 3rd party and what steps to take next.
