“My partner and myself went to two other US Post Office locations, Plainfield and Lisle, in which, we were told we were not able to access the passport services as a walk-in. The Warrenville Post Office both actually accepted us as walk-ins and were extremely helpful. The staff was friendly, responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. We waited for a family, who was having trouble completing the application, and the staff at the post office ensured we would get our passport that day. They took us into the passport office, even after the service was suppose to be done/closed for the day. The team handled us with care, accommodated the family before us and ourselves, and had the most amazing staff full of energetic and kind personalities. Truly, the best customer service experience both my partner and myself have ever experienced! I cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are for the individuals working on the day we stopped in. I can’t thank them enough for the hospitality and guidance offered!”

“Stopped by the Bartlett Post Office the other day. The two men that work here are always helpful and pleasant to talk to. I enjoy chatting with them (if it’s not busy). “Went here yesterday for passport services and came away pleasantly surprised. First off, the building itself is pretty cool—nice bonus. The staff were genuinely helpful from the start. They walked us through the documents, helped take the passport photo, and handled everything with a friendly, easygoing attitude.
The whole process was quick and smooth. She clearly explained what happens next and made sure we didn’t have any questions before we left. No confusion, no hassle.
I’ll be honest—I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews, but that wasn’t my experience at all. Everything felt well-run and efficient. Would definitely recommend.”
“This USPO location in Schaumburg (behind Capital Grille) is a shining example of how a post office SHOULD work! Compared to the one on Schaumburg Rd. where every employee there is miserable and spreads the same misery to all the customers.
It’s a night and day difference. My recommendation is for you to drive the extra mile and go to this location for service. Yes, there was a little wait but the service is exceptional. I’ll be going there for my postal needs from now on!”

“We had some issues with a mail forwarding request and the mail not actually forwarding to requested address. Shawn called me when she was notified of the issue we were experiencing and confirmed details first, then took the initiative to call the other city post office where the update was to take place to get this corrected immediately which she did. This was so incredibly helpful and I really appreciate Shawn's help on this. She could have had me call the post office myself but she handled it for me and apologized, saying we shouldn't have to experience this. Thank you again Shawn! Appreciate you!”

“This post office can get pretty busy, and there usually is only one person cashiering, and sometimes even doing passports on the side, but this is not the employees’ fault, its whoever does the scheduling, staffing, or hiring.
Anyways, Pat and Michael are always there to help with a smile even though they are usually a one-person team dealing with so much by themselves. Thank you both keep up the good work!”

“I came to this location first time but i was very happy with the experience. Ease of finding parking which is very close to the building. Lines were short at least when i was there. The person at the register greeted me and very pleasant to talk to. Very efficient with work and quick.”
“Jessica was FABULOUSLY helpful. I was worried about shipping a flute and she was so calm and quick to help me with a smile and patience explaining the different shipping options. If all postal workers were positive/cheerful/ready and helpful like her- so many people would find themselves walking out with a smile each time they went to USPS.? ???? 5 stars, because this is the best service I’ve ever received at any USPS.I don’t remember names easily, so I went back in to see her name tag as she helped someone else in line. I hope her boss knows what an asset she is to their facility- she had a warm welcome for everyone who passed through the door, as the sole front desk employee this Friday afternoon.THANK YOU TREMENDOUSLY JESSICA, for helping me get a package ? on its way to NJ. ?? “I arrived at Streamwood United States Postal Service. I went to my mom's house and my mom said please mail my box and also my mail. If customers bring boxes the staff will weigh the package and ask customers is there any valuables inside the box. The staff will offer a receipt and on the receipt will show where the package is being delivered.”
“Went around lunchtime and I was the only customer in there. Super helpful at front desk. I haven't sent out a package in a bit and forgot to add a label (to/from). Luckily the lady at the front desk gave me a marker to fill it out and gave me options for sending. Paid and got out as fast as I could write. Thanks.”

“I’ve had consistently great experiences at this post office, and it’s become my go-to location for both everyday mailing needs and more important services. We regularly drop off prepaid packages here, and the process is always quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The staff keeps things moving efficiently, so even when it’s busy, we’re usually in and out without any problems.
One of the standout experiences was renewing our passports here. The process was clearly explained, organized, and handled professionally from start to finish. The employees were knowledgeable and patient, making sure everything was completed correctly, which gave us a lot of confidence. Even better, we received our renewed passports much faster than expected, which was a pleasant surprise and really shows how well things are handled.
The overall atmosphere is welcoming and professional, and the team consistently provides helpful, friendly service. It’s nice to have a reliable post office where you know your packages and important documents are being handled with care. “Go to lover level for delivery do not go on the ramp. Park on any available dock from 15-20 . Bring your bills inside and put safety vest on. They unloaded me in 10 minutes”
“Dropped off a labeled signature package here, didn't get a scan for a week. I suppose this could have been partly my mistake because I didn't ask for a receipt, but either way. I called the postmaster and the missing mail line, package tracking updated 2 days later.
Not too fast, and I did have to ask, but the postmaster was very kind on the phone, and my issue did end up getting resolved just a day after I spoke to her, and all things considered, pretty fast for government work.
4 stars. Would most likely use them again.”

“Service has been improved. After all, this is federal job, and has a lot of rules for employees to follow.
I am asking community to support local USPS office, and asking to understand why people are actually serious about their job. I am hoping that administration will see my review! Please return two blue mail collections bins . It was not good idea to remove those. Before Christmas letters were falling out from that only one box. It creates traffic jam ,and line of 2 to 3 cars by that drop off box.”
