“I wish to preface this review by saying I am not happy with the company JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. at all. I've tried to escape them many times; but they keep merging with the banks I switch to (Purdue National, Plainfield Bank, Chemical Bank, Marine Bank, First Chicago, WaMu, BankOne, etc.), and I wind up their customer again. That said, I generally don't hold that against the individual branches. This branch location functions well enough, in spite of being a Chase Bank.
Easily accessible from every direction on Dundee Rd. and Buffalo Grove Rd. (entrances to the plaza on either road), with plenty of parking and conveniently close to several shopping and food options. The whole plaza is well lit, frequently patrolled by BGPD, and there is plenty of parking around the building.
The lobby is nice, with access to a walk up ATM, and there's a drive-thru ATM behind the building. All of the ATMs only dispense $20 bills (at least as of mid-April 2024), so you have to go to a teller for smaller bills. There are three drive-up teller lanes, though I've only ever seen two open. The lane adjacent to the building is where the drive-up night deposit box is, and there's one in the lobby. It's a full-service branch, so they offer all the expected amenities and services. The staff all seem pretty cool, so I would consider coming here if I needed help with my account.”
“My parents bank here. These female bankers have been so nice to my parents - especially my father - and sadly the gentleman who worked here who my dad adored, recently passed away.I would give them 5 stars but even thought they have an older clientele - for some reason this bank is the only bank I’ve ever experienced in the last couple decades that still fails to upgrade their entry to a power door for the handicapped. If you’re old, handicapped etc… and you don’t have a younger person to help you enter (I go with my parents to open the door for them ) - this is not the bank for you as they’ve been told many times and they’ve told their corporate office who apparently has decided that this is not important. Too bad as it’s very fixable and this has driven away more money in customers than the cost to do this expected service for all banks.”

“A good bank branch, and good specialists, one minus is that the bank is open until 5.00 r.m. and closed on Saturday. It would be nice if the department was open at least until 6:00 p.m. or on Saturday at least until 1.00 p.m.”

“The tellers are always pleasant and polite. They seem happy to be there and happy to help out customers. They've gotten a new ATM(Within the last year)which I'm not overly thrilled with. It's extremely slow, you have to tap really hard and often multiple times on the screen to make your transaction and there have been several times already when I've gone to use it and it's been out of order.”
