“My parents bank here. These female bankers have been so nice to my parents - especially my father - and sadly the gentleman who worked here who my dad adored, recently passed away.I would give them 5 stars but even thought they have an older clientele - for some reason this bank is the only bank I’ve ever experienced in the last couple decades that still fails to upgrade their entry to a power door for the handicapped. If you’re old, handicapped etc… and you don’t have a younger person to help you enter (I go with my parents to open the door for them ) - this is not the bank for you as they’ve been told many times and they’ve told their corporate office who apparently has decided that this is not important. Too bad as it’s very fixable and this has driven away more money in customers than the cost to do this expected service for all banks.”

“Don't like that a friend or family member can't deposit money into my account with my permission (thats DEPOSIT not withdrawal) no more slips which is nice I guess, you have to use your debit card in to deposit now. I guess to prevent fraud and money laundering. Walked into pnc in Buffalo Grove, IL. and was greeted by an overzealous employee who was on top of me literally as I walked in asking what I needed. My feeling was he was feeling me out to see if I was going to rob the place. Easy guys I'm a customer, I get the robbery thing. Be aware of your surroundings but don't assume by the way someone dresses or looks is there to cause trouble. Other than that the counter people are nice.”
