“John and Chris came out for a service call today on fireplace that NW had previously installed. Fortunately it was an easy fix. Both guys were on time, polite and knowledgeable. Thank you!”
“Been shopping at five star for 10 years. I always have the best experience . Rocio is fantastic and so sweet . She's has great taste in style for helping us always pick the best furniture.”

“I went into Bob’s 2 different times. Godson and Rafael were the 2 salesmen we had assist us. They were AMAZING! They let us know they were there to assist us, but also let us check things out on our own without the pressure. They let us take our time and didn’t rush us, and were very helpful and knowledgeable on the pieces we were looking at. We were very happy with their service and are excited for our furniture to be delivered!”

“Gerald, our salesperson was absolutely amazing! He knew all about the furniture, explained everything in detail, and was extremely patient with us. WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM!!”
“I'll be glad to give you a review when you refund the $99.00 charge for your so called white glove delivery service. They delivered the chair plugged it in and told me to read the brochure. I think they were in and out in less than 5 minutes .”
“I love that they have trained design staff available for free. Sometimes it helps to get another opinion or ideas that I didn’t think of. I didn’t like this hex in the store but the designer assured me it would look great with the rest of the bathroom and he was right!”
“Used a groupon for the pyramid-making class. It was fun, interesting, and just hands-on enough to feel like what you created was truly yours. I highly recommend using the groupon to try it and I will definitely be returning for future classes.”
“George at the Lake Zurich store was wonderful. He helped me make the decision on which firmness I need and had me try out the mattresses in the store.
Very pleasant gentleman”
“Had a great experience with Sajjad at Full House Furniture. He was super friendly, easy to work with, and really took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He even wrapped everything himself and had it ready for us within a day. The whole process was smooth and easy. Really appreciate all the help and would definitely recommend Sajjad and Full House Furniture!”
“Highest recommendation! We have been getting art framed here for years, and Sandy (the owner), has always had fantastic, artistic and creative ways to make our art look great! Unique mattings, custom designs and distinctive presentations make every piece we bring in truly shine. Everyone who works there is professional, talented and ready to do whatever it takes to make our experience top-notch. We have had more than art framed, Sandy came up with a great way to frame my late mother's favorite necklace so that I could enjoy it every day. Take in something you love and want to make part of your decor, and The Great Frame Up in Niles will make it happen. A++++!”
“Reclaimed Artisans is a gem of a business. Can't say enough good things. Eric and co. do a great job of finding sellers with a great selection of furniture and home items. Always find something great and my house is filled with items from RCA. Love finding excuses to keep going back even though I don't always need something. Love that there is a good mix of antique originals and rehabbed items. The perfect place to shop for unique gifts and for my home built in 1915. If you get lucky and go when a seller is working on their section, you can get some deals too.”
“Mary Dooley at the Schaumburg , Illinois store was wonderful. We walked in not knowing much about sleep number beds after trying other mattress brands in our search for a new mattress.
She taught us about the technology behind sleep number beds. She showed us the difference in our spinal alignments before and after adjusting the bed. We felt it in our bodies almost immediately.
She answered all our questions and gave us time to discuss what we felt and wanted.
It was a positive experience from the moment we walked in the door till the final purchase. We are looking forward to our bed arrival and better nights sleep with less aches and pains in the future.”
“Couldn’t be happier with my new table! From design to completion, Kyle worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with our custom live edge table. Highly recommend him.”
“Lots of stuff including good furniture. The books are well organized. Clothing is better than some places. Prices are sort of high but not the worst. You can spend your day here.”
“I had a last-minute need for flowers to be sent, and Edwards was able to fill my order with just 24 hours' notice. The online ordering was easy, and I ordered the Designer's Choice, which essentially allows them to create a gift with the available flowers on hand. This can be a gamble, but I also wanted to be realistic since I was asking for help in a very short time frame.
The arrangement arrived as hoped, and I think it is beautiful! There is an obvious designer's good eye in the finished product, and I was pleased with my purchase.
The other part of this order I appreciated was the communication. I ordered easily online, got an acknowledgement for the order, and then also a notice (can't remember if it was email or text) letting me know when the delivery was made. I was very pleased with this service and will remember Edwards for my future floral needs.”
“We had a fantastic experience working with Bob! He is incredibly knowledgeable about furniture and took the time to truly understand what we were looking for. Instead of rushing us, he patiently showed us all the different pieces that fit our style and needs. His expertise made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the perfect pieces, ask for Bob Berman.”
“I love visiting this Garden Center! I don't live in the area, but when I visit, Pasquesi's is on my list. The plants and shrubs are excellently taken care of. It's a wonderful place to find a gift for my pet sitters. The products they sell are top notch. Definitely add Pasquesi's to your shopping list!”
“We have ordered several pieces of furniture from Britt and his group. They are wonderful people to work with. Very accommodating. And the gentlemen who do the delivery are great! Always a pleasure doing business with them.”
“I had the best experience with Brandi! I was so indecisive on what colors and styles I wanted and she was beyond patient with me. She helped guide me to a living room that will be classic and elegant, yet comfortable and relaxed. Thank you!”
“Bill provided an incredible experience at Apple Frame Studio. He framed a picture in such a short turnaround. Will absolutely only go to The Apple Frame Studio for framing needs.”
“We headed to RH Outlet on a Saturday in search of a king sized bed frame. We were greeted and helped by Howard, who was wonderful - polite and helpful. We found a bed we liked for a great price and we used one of the 3rd party delivery recos they provided. The transporit movers were excellent and everything went extremely smoothly! The gallery and selection are huge and this is definitely worth checking out. Just remember you'll have to pay a bit extra for delivery if you don't have a large vehicle. Totally worth it in my opinion!”
“Great instore experience, the staff were great. I have been skeptical about buying a sleep number, now I am happy that I did. Great product! Start saving your money now and buy a Sleep Number bed!”
“Ashley has a LOT of sectional options but Jo helped us land on our dream one. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions to narrow it down. She did everything she could to get us the best deal possible. If you go to Ashley in Niles, find Jo!!!”
“I want to give a huge thank you to Madelyn at Kirkland’s for her incredible kindness and effort! I had lost my Labubu, a very special gift from someone dear to me, and was heartbroken thinking it was gone forever. Madelyn went above and beyond to help me find it. She was patient, caring, and truly went out of her way to make sure we tracked it down. Her genuine kindness completely turned my day around.
It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about helping others, and Madelyn is definitely one of those people. I’m so grateful for her help and am looking forward to seeing her again next time we visit!”
“Tamara was a wonderful sales person. She allowed us ample time to talk things out and to help us with questions on various sofas we were interested in. She was so knowledgeable and helped us in coordinating a
sofa and two chairs! After 36 years of the same furniture, we are looking forward to a new living room that’s inviting and comfortable to be in! Thank you for the great service😊”
“If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He has been such a wonderful help, getting the guys that reassembled my bed this morning, back to my house, to put the mattress up against the headboard, as it was several inches away. Your customer service is a nightmare, when my issue was not relative to any of the prompts. That is why I reached out to Jason.. He made follow-up calls to make sure that the guys would be back by end of day, and he was so nice to keep me updated. I am truly grateful for his help!”

“This has to be the best TJ Maxx/HomeGoods in the nation. It's always incredibly clean and organized, and they have a great variety of items. Kudos to the team!”
“When our civilization is gone and future generations excavate our archeological remains they will find...Bob Ross toaster and panini maker? They will ponder, who was this individual and why did they embellish their bread with his likeness? This and other similar items are available at Hobby Lobby. I ventured in HL today in search of a multi-generational craft. I settled on painting metal containers that we can fill with candy. I decided against painting on glass because, well, breakable. I think the painting/candy eating activity will be just fine. I found all that I needed here, along with other things I don't (see toaster, above) and most of it on sale (sometimes up to 70 percent off). Surprisingly, most of the Easter items were already cleared away for patriotic red white and blue items (Memorial Day? Flag Day? Fourth of July ?).”

“Allan is incredibly kind, patient, and passionate about teaching his art. He walked me and my wife through the assembly of a pre-made stained glass pattern, letting us choose our colors and style. He maintained a perfect balance of letting us work and helping us when we needed an extra hand. We walked away with two pieces of art that we are proud of! Would recommend this class to anyone looking to try something new or have a more interesting date idea.”
