“Lovely staff always. I accidentally dropped off a package in the 24hr drop box with the wrong label on it. Oh no! I came in when the post office opened to hopefully correct my error. The staff member (I forgot her name) was kind enough to go through all the packages to find mine. There were a lot... I had shipped four separate items, and she got them all for me. I found the one with the wrong label, and was able to put the correct label on it. Then shipped it off! This was totally my mistake. So I greatly appreciate all the help I received. Thank you!”

“In regards to my visit today everything went great! Keoshia and the other employee at the counter were very helpful in guiding us through sending a priority mail package and telling us where the materials we needed were. Made the process go by very quickly.”
“Went to send a package from here and it was phenomenal that it got delivered earlier than expected. The lady working there was really nice (loved her hair) and was able to help with what I needed.
The only negative thing here is that they really need more than one person working at the office. Services are slow because of this.”

“5- Stars for counter service as Moung was lovely, kind, and cost conscious of the best rate to help me send a package.3-stars for the out of service self-kiosk for the last 3-4 days as I needed to wait in line when it's much easier for me to send my own packages with the kiosk.Overall, clean location with friendly postal workers when needed.”
“Our mailman name is Pat. I never saw someone as energetic as Pat. We get our mail between 11:00 and noon. He’s friendly but does not stop to talk. When he’s not delivering mail we know there is a substitute. We get the mail later in the afternoon”

“I read through the reviews and I don’t understand how so many people are having problems with this post office. The girls are wonderful and I’ve never once seen them be even remotely rude. I’ve worked for the post office, most customers don’t understand certain rules that have to be followed. Doesn’t matter who it upsets. Although I do know that there use to be a girl named Janet and there’s this other one named Grisel who could learn to be kinder, but the other two clerks are so so sweet. If people are having problems i can only imagine it’d be one of those two. People need to stop giving this post office a bad name just because they didn’t like the answers they received.”
“Great location, if one wants to mail directly instead of via local mailboxes. Usually not crowded, patient and helpful staff; sometimes busy at holidays or weekends but reliable. Nice variety of stamps available plus reliable service. Got solid advice from helpful staff recently on mail security and potential check fraud and unusual mail delays. Ideal place at slow times to get answers and informed answers at on USPS certified mail and tracking packages or letters.Front and side entrance are OK. Now-gone parking in back was a huge plus, though.”
