He is friendly, super knowledgeable, and will ensure that your package gets delivered appropriately and handle any problems that happen along the way. We shipped several packages across the country and he helped us tape them together and send them out all at the same time so that they would also deliver at the same time. The service at this UPS store is fantastic and I’m really glad I shipped my packages with this store.”

She was very kind even when the label for my package was improperly put on, she put on clear tape to correct it, very quick as well. We made a little enjoyable small talk as well. “I have used East Bank Storage twice: once for an extended period and recently for a brief period.
East Bank is clean, dry, free of bugs, and safe when you visit your locker. There has never been any mold or mildew on my belongings.
The staff gives good customer service, especially Linda. She assesses what you need and can come up with a locker that is just the right size and within your budget.
I would recommend East Bank to anyone.”

“The woman who owns this business is super super super nice and patient. I came in to get a something packaged up from the Italian market next door and other stuff. I would have had her ship it out but I needed to use brown which she does not have as an option. She directed me to walk east down the block to the brown store. Her boxing and packaging prices seem to be more economical than the brown stores and Fdx Office. I would support her business again if I happen to be back in Chicago. Personally I prefer to patronize small business owners.”
“Great service! Very welcoming and helpful staff. I came here for fingerprinting and I was beyond grateful for their assistance. I had been to other UPS locations for fingerprinting and staff were not helpful neither were they knowledgeable at the process.

“I saw some negative reviews about this place closing early so I tried to get there well before closing. Today I ended up cutting it too close and arrived at 4:59pm (store closes at 5pm) and they still took me in and helped me. They are always so friendly when I come in but this was just great because it was my fault for coming so late but they still took care of me. Thanks so much again!”
“The guys working the counter at this location are NOT PLAYING lol, the efficiency and speed was incredible, there were two very nice gentleman working three different registers and I witnessed them serve five customers including me, one with multiple packages in about 5 minutes. “I only go to this UPS store. The owners (I think) Kate and Michael are hustlers! :0). If there is a line they keep it moving. They are efficient, knowledgeable and kind! Mike is currently helping me ship something odd shaped and is going above and beyond trying to help me find the most cost effective way to ship it. “i’ve had to come here a few times to drop off online return orders, including some from amazon. the front desk people are very helpful. one woman helped me last time and she walked me through how to get amazon on the phone promptly so that i could get more return labels (they hadn’t sent me enough) and then she helped me quickly print those labels in the store. parking out front is somewhat difficult due to limited street parking and busy street but i’ve been lucky every time i’ve come.”

“I was a Lil irritated due to UPS was supposed to pick up a heavy box 5days ago. I asked my neighbor to put 2 boxes in the car. I got to the Westchester office around 820a. I went in and asked if there was a cart to bring them in. Ash and Loyal immediately went to my car and both carried a box in with no hesitation. To say they went over and beyond for me is an understatement. My wrist was messed up and I couldn't have done it myself. Big Kudos that real gentleman works at the Westchester office.”
