I always use this UPS store when I visit Chicago for conferences. I’m extremely satisfied with their kindness and helpfulness in resolving any issues with my packages. AMAZING!!! Customer service is excellent. Friendly, fast, helpful, trustworthy. I dropped off a package and 1 hour later returned to pull an item out of the package that accidentally got in there. My Wife and I choose this UPS store inbthe area. We had 30 minutes to drop our returns off (Not their fault) and the staff were curteous and kind. 100/10. Yes thats 90 more points than you thought. :)
