“Just wanted to give 5 stars for Carlos. He has a great attitude and is so friendly and helpful. You’re lucky to have him on your team he was wonderful to deal with. Surely UPS can be stressful for workers with the constant customers all day and Carlos handles it with a smile and a kind word for all.”

“The location was good! The UPS store was a 4 minute walk from the Union Street Amtrak station, where I was coming from. The two employees were very friendly and professional. The two guys explained the process to me & I felt assured knowing that I’d be storing my luggage with them while I explored Downtown Chicago. This luggage storage service took alot of worry off of my shoulders. Very convenient service!”

“This place is awesome. I go there for faxing and Yvonne has always came through. They also have public notarizing and private mail boxes too. I really like the variety of body washes. Yvonne is very friendly and welcoming. This location is in Alsip,Illinois. Family oriented type of community. Great prices too and good conversations. Parcel express has been here for several years and I'm positive you will be able to use some type of service. What are you waiting for, head on over to Parcel express. I was referred to Parcel Express by Alsip Library. Best referral ever. Right next to jewel osco. Happy Fall, and I will see you guys there 😎!!Best regards, Fran ......”

“I have used East Bank Storage twice: once for an extended period and recently for a brief period. East Bank is clean, dry, free of bugs, and safe when you visit your locker. There has never been any mold or mildew on my belongings. The staff gives good customer service, especially Linda. She assesses what you need and can come up with a locker that is just the right size and within your budget. I would recommend East Bank to anyone.”

3400 West 111th Street, Chicago IL 60655
“This business is unassuming neighborhood place. Moved back to the area, didn't have my own address so signed up for a box. They send packages as well, you can have copies made too. Had a box a few years, moved out of the area, cancelled my mailbox. Even though I contacted all vendors and people that would mail me anything, some continued to show up at Lockbox. Since not a huge corporate place Jackie called me when a wedding invitation showed up more than 1 month after I was no longer a customer. That's great customer service, thanks to Jackie.. If you're in the area and looking for a mailbox with a street address not a PO BOX, I highly recommend.”

“I can't say enough great things about the UPS Store in La Grange! Nick and the entire team are absolutely amazing. They somehow make even the most frustrating tasks (like Amazon returns with all their confusing rules or renewing a passport) feel easy and seamless. Everyone is friendly, patient, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. It's rare to find customer service this good these days, and it's the reason I keep coming back. Thank you, Nick and the team, for making every visit such a great experience!”

“I always get a UPS mailbox in every state I am working for a period of time! Hands down, this is the BEST UPS STORE I have ever had the pleasure of doing business!!! The staff is AMAZINGLY kind and always greet you when you come in! Chris, the store manager is like none other!!! He is knowledgeable, kind, understanding, nonjudgmental, and his heart is NOT filled with a drop of prejudice! Hallelujah ?? His concern is whatever it is that concerns YOU!!! I ADORE them all and wish them ALL the best in life! ?? It is under new ownership since I had gotten my contract, but it doesn't seem to effect much. Now, the only issue I currently have is the difficulty with parking, which is NOT their fault! Right in front is a bus stop and directly across the street is a HUGE parking lot for a restaurant that does not EVER get enough business to fill it!!! Soooo... I'll let that rest there! On another note, MANY who have heavy packages to drop off or pick will stop close to the door as possible with their hazards on. Sadly, when they return to their vehicles, they'll have a ticket of $75 or more! ANYONE can observe that this is one of Taylor Street's GEM of a spot, and you'll think the city will work with it, but does NOTHING! I don't link that issue to UPS but the greed of Chicago! In spite of it all... It is one of my FAVORITE places to visit here in Chicago... And there's not too many!!! Oh, sure, there's nice things to see here and architecture to admire, but sometimes the people surrounding them or whose employed there can make it an unpleasant experience... But NOT HERE!!! Thank God ??”

“I’ve had to come in here about 5 times in the last two weeks and the gentleman behind the counter has been absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, his coworker came down with pneumonia and he’s been working nonstop. He’s always pleasant even when the customers are unnecessarily snippy. He’s so professional and gets the job done.”

15826 LaGrange Road, Orland Park IL 60462
“The UPS Orland Park location has an incredible team. Everyone goes above and beyond to be helpful and gets guests in and out quickly. I ship a lot during my work week, and I appreciate the kindness and support every time I come in. The manager, Halie, always goes above and beyond. Last year I had emergency surgery, and she noticed my husband was coming in with my work packages. She sent a note home asking if she could help with anything while he was bringing in multiple boxes. Not only did she notice, but she truly helped streamline a stressful time by going the extra mile. She always greats me with a smile and a hello. This entire team is great.”

3013 S Wolf Rd, Westchester IL 60154
“I was a Lil irritated due to UPS was supposed to pick up a heavy box 5days ago. I asked my neighbor to put 2 boxes in the car. I got to the Westchester office around 820a. I went in and asked if there was a cart to bring them in. Ash and Loyal immediately went to my car and both carried a box in with no hesitation. To say they went over and beyond for me is an understatement. My wrist was messed up and I couldn't have done it myself. Big Kudos that real gentleman works at the Westchester office.”
