Yvonne is very friendly and welcoming. This location is in Alsip,Illinois. Family oriented type of community. Great prices too and good conversations. Parcel express has been here for several years and I'm positive you will be able to use some type of service. What are you waiting for, head on over to Parcel express. The two guys explained the process to me & I felt assured knowing that I’d be storing my luggage with them while I explored Downtown Chicago. This luggage storage service took alot of worry off of my shoulders. Very convenient service!”

“This business is unassuming neighborhood place. Moved back to the area, didn't have my own address so signed up for a box. They send packages as well, you can have copies made too. Had a box a few years, moved out of the area, cancelled my mailbox. Even though I contacted all vendors and people that would mail me anything, some continued to show up at Lockbox. Since not a huge corporate place Jackie called me when a wedding invitation showed up more than 1 month after I was no longer a customer. That's great customer service, thanks to Jackie.. If you're in the area and looking for a mailbox with a street address not a PO BOX, I highly recommend.”

“I always get a UPS mailbox in every state I am working for a period of time! Hands down, this is the BEST UPS STORE I have ever had the pleasure of doing business!!! The staff is AMAZINGLY kind and always greet you when you come in! Chris, the store manager is like none other!!! He is knowledgeable, kind, understanding, nonjudgmental, and his heart is NOT filled with a drop of prejudice! Hallelujah ?? His concern is whatever it is that concerns YOU!!! I ADORE them all and wish them ALL the best in life! ?? It is under new ownership since I had gotten my contract, but it doesn't seem to effect much. Now, the only issue I currently have is the difficulty with parking, which is NOT their fault! Right in front is a bus stop and directly across the street is a HUGE parking lot for a restaurant that does not EVER get enough business to fill it!!! Soooo... I'll let that rest there! On another note, MANY who have heavy packages to drop off or pick will stop close to the door as possible with their hazards on. Sadly, when they return to their vehicles, they'll have a ticket of $75 or more! ANYONE can observe that this is one of Taylor Street's GEM of a spot, and you'll think the city will work with it, but does NOTHING! I don't link that issue to UPS but the greed of Chicago! In spite of it all... It is one of my FAVORITE places to visit here in Chicago... And there's not too many!!! Oh, sure, there's nice things to see here and architecture to admire, but sometimes the people surrounding them or whose employed there can make it an unpleasant experience... But NOT HERE!!! Thank God ??”

Hands down it was the best company that I had the pleasure of working with, however I didn’t fully appreciate the opportunity and the people who gave me that opportunity, and so I squandered it. The guy was so willing to help even after the store hours and i really appreciate that. Then there was another guy who came later that also assisted with my wound supplies. My legs were on fire and I hoped that the dental place returned the package, but they could not find it at all. Thank you to those two guys that went above and beyond. I wasn’t able to get my meds and wound supplies but their actions show that they really cared. I appreciate that so much. I still didnt get the reshipment but im going to keep trying to get a manager at Byram to use a different shipper or if i can. Thank you two so much!! I really appreciate you both! I wish I knew their names. I like this store. Everyone is nice and patient with you. I just wish they would answer thermos phone.
