They also have a fax machine (for sending IRS documents, etc). Copy and notary services are a great bonus. I love this place.”

“Dan is the man at the UPS store #3922 On 9923 Ridgeland Avenue In Chicago Ridge Illinois!I had more than a handful of Amazon returns, and he was super helpful and kind. Greeted soon as I walked in and there were a line of people and he was flying solo on a Saturday during peak hours. I can’t stand post offices on the weekend due to the attitude of most employees. That’s why I go to the UPS store and he was super efficient and quick and nice to everyone including myself.I managed to get all my returns from Amazon and even managed to pack two big items in boxes and he was super helpful with all of it and even with the email labeling components of the more challenging returns.Dan did not ask for me to leave this review in fact if he did I never would have. I get my eyebrows done and I go to salons and make up services and they are always asking me to leave them reviews and just the suggestion alone is a turn off, and I tend to resist. People want to leave good reviews without being asked to. He probably already forgot who I am and I don’t care. I hope he gets to be the manager if he isn’t already or a franchise owner or something because he makes UPS look good and Amazon returns that much easier. Thank you for all that you do, Dan!!”

“I went on my lunch break to return something I bought on Amazon. There was a problem scanning the QR code off my phone and since the Amazon account is under my husband I don’t get the emails. I texted my husband to forward me the email but he was at work, so who knows when he would have the time to send me the email. Luckily the employee that was helping me had the idea of emailing a copy of the QR code to the store email and scanning the code from there. It worked! Now my package is on its way back to Amazon and I was able to check this off my list of errands.”

“I was in the store using the self service printer when I overheard a conversation between a customer and the Manager Sunni and employee Ethan. The customer was very rude and upset after deleting her own emails. She wanted someone to blame for her own doing. Manager Sunni and employee Ethan went above and beyond to help the customer to no avail. The customer at one point demanded to see Manager Sunni’s phone to browse her personal email! In the end Manager Sunni and employee Ethan did a phenomenal job at being professional. I always come to this location because I am always helped when needed and able to print documents with no issue. Thank you for all of your staff for being professional, helpful and kind.”
