“I came to this location on and off for the last few years and the service staff WERE mediocre at best. Recently though the staff has been super helpful and friendly, which makes a huge difference in getting questions answered for some of these tricky international shipments.”

Today I ended up cutting it too close and arrived at 4:59pm (store closes at 5pm) and they still took me in and helped me. “I only go to this UPS store. The owners (I think) Kate and Michael are hustlers! :0). If there is a line they keep it moving. They are efficient, knowledgeable and kind! Mike is currently helping me ship something odd shaped and is going above and beyond trying to help me find the most cost effective way to ship it. “The woman who owns this business is super super super nice and patient. I came in to get a something packaged up from the Italian market next door and other stuff. I would have had her ship it out but I needed to use brown which she does not have as an option. She directed me to walk east down the block to the brown store. Her boxing and packaging prices seem to be more economical than the brown stores and Fdx Office. I would support her business again if I happen to be back in Chicago. Personally I prefer to patronize small business owners.”

“This business is unassuming neighborhood place. Moved back to the area, didn't have my own address so signed up for a box. They send packages as well, you can have copies made too. Had a box a few years, moved out of the area, cancelled my mailbox. Even though I contacted all vendors and people that would mail me anything, some continued to show up at Lockbox. Since not a huge corporate place Jackie called me when a wedding invitation showed up more than 1 month after I was no longer a customer. That's great customer service, thanks to Jackie.. If you're in the area and looking for a mailbox with a street address not a PO BOX, I highly recommend.”
“The guys working the counter at this location are NOT PLAYING lol, the efficiency and speed was incredible, there were two very nice gentleman working three different registers and I witnessed them serve five customers including me, one with multiple packages in about 5 minutes.
