“This storage facility is one we have used for years and it has recently become cleaner, better run and more reliable than it used to be under old management. The current ON SITE manager is very helpful and took care of everything we asked about. There are regular hours and the phone is answered. I would use it again.”

He was friendly, professional, and made us feel confident that my sister’s belongings will be safe and secure. The facility is very clean and well kept and he even offered us refreshments while we completed the application. Looking forward to moving everything in soon!”

“We had our 36’ fifth wheel stored at Steve’s for three years in a pull-through spot. Steve was always quick to respond when I had questions and his facility is very secure. If you’re looking for RV or Boat storage near the city of St. Louis give him a call. Would highly recommend his place.”

“I unfortunately did not receive assistance several times within the first 30 days of having service. I was ready to completely part ways with the company but then received a phone call to get my problems and questions remedied. I spoke with someone in management, and it was a sincere human who seemed to truly care about his business and customers. I was shocked how genuine and charismatic he was, a rare find. He turned my agitation into understanding and was humble in his delivery. Because of his sincerity and wanting to make things right, my original review of 1 star is now 4. If the other interactions were with him, it would be an astounding 5.”

She made a rough day of moving (and not such great movers, for another review) so much better. Picking up using the app was easy and we had no issues with equipment. Hopefully no more moves in the near future but if there are, we will use Metro Storage again.”

I got back into my car and a woman came out of the office - it was Jessie. She was doing some work in the back and saw me on the camera. She went out of her way to get to me before I drove away.
