Very professional service. I might note I am confined to a wheelchair, there service and conduct was outstanding! Thank you !”

I have taken my car there a couple of times to be fixed and they have always been extremely helpful when it came to fixing my car and talking me through each issue. That's not even the best part. I had an issue where one of my airpods fell in the middle console through a small slit where my emergency brake is. They were the first people I thought of when this happened. After I explained the situation there was no hesitation from Kayla and another nice lady to try to fish it out. Not only did they get it out for me, they also did this in the blistering heat with no complaints and didn't charge me a thing. They are the best!!”

“They are wonderful. It may look a little chaotic when you pull in but believe me, there's a method to the madness. Jim knows what he is doing & he gets it done, period. He is no frills but he is honest & he is up front. I love my car & I don't trust just any random mechanic to help keep it maintained & running properly. In my opinion, at Bumper to Bumper you're getting a dealer quality mechanic without the dealer prices. In addition to that, Jim is just a good guy all around & I feel really lucky to finally have a mechanic I can trust & afford. If you want a comfy sofa & TV this isn't the place for you, but if you want your car fixed without having to take out a bank loan to pay for it, then I highly recommend giving him a call.”
