“Customer service at this place is nothing but a 10/10. I have taken my car there a couple of times to be fixed and they have always been extremely helpful when it came to fixing my car and talking me through each issue. That's not even the best part. I had an issue where one of my airpods fell in the middle console through a small slit where my emergency brake is. They were the first people I thought of when this happened. After I explained the situation there was no hesitation from Kayla and another nice lady to try to fish it out. Not only did they get it out for me, they also did this in the blistering heat with no complaints and didn't charge me a thing. They are the best!!”

Would have had it fixed that day but the part had to be ordered. He has my car fixed and ready to go by the time I got off work the next day. Super nice staff and quick service. “Our daughter attends SIU and we live 5 hours away. Dave's Automotive was recommended to us by other students at SIU. I was a little worried at first reading the other reviews but Dave and his guys went above and beyond to fix our daughter's Subaru Forester. We weren't really sure what the problem was at first and Dave and his guys took the time to drive the car around to figure out what the problem was. Dave was not giving up until our daughter's car was fixed, so we really appreciate that. He was very professional, called us at every point of fixing the car to let us know what was going on. They would not move forward on the car unless we were okay with the fixes. Thank you very much Dave's automotive!! I would definitely recommend!!”

For which, have always been top notch for me; strait forward (no hidden fees) and somewhat affordable.
