I have taken my car there a couple of times to be fixed and they have always been extremely helpful when it came to fixing my car and talking me through each issue. That's not even the best part. I had an issue where one of my airpods fell in the middle console through a small slit where my emergency brake is. They were the first people I thought of when this happened. After I explained the situation there was no hesitation from Kayla and another nice lady to try to fish it out. Not only did they get it out for me, they also did this in the blistering heat with no complaints and didn't charge me a thing. They are the best!!”
“Best Dealership in Southern illinois! It has been extremely hot, I've been working outside constantly, and I had to sit down while I had a key, key fob, and repair done to my Ford Expedition programming keys. Not only was I welcomed like family and was able to cool off, I, as a woman, was treated with respect, and that ? is amazing. I say this from other car places I've been to. Vogler has their team actually a dream team in their parts department! I will update this later today to give a shout-out to the guys in the parts office and the techs and the amazing woman who handles billing. If you are reading this, I can not express how this helped me so much. Not everyone who smiles has a perfect day, and I wasn't until i arrived and almost felt like I was home and able to relax. Would have had it fixed that day but the part had to be ordered. He has my car fixed and ready to go by the time I got off work the next day. Super nice staff and quick service.
