I called this UPS store earlier and I asked them if I come minute or two late they will accept package, but cause of traffic I came 9 minutes late. The employee was very kind and accept my package without arguing. I apologized to him for being late and expressed my respect and understanding.
Just I wish there is more people like that in this world .

“Great location, easy access off of I-88. Building is clean and has more open space and wider hallways compared to other rental spaces I compared in the area. Office staff are helpful and supportive. It is a professional and friendly environment, and I love having a window at no extra charge!”

“I arrived at Streamwood United States Postal Service. I went to my mom's house and my mom said please mail my box and also my mail. If customers bring boxes the staff will weigh the package and ask customers is there any valuables inside the box. The staff will offer a receipt and on the receipt will show where the package is being delivered.”

“This is the best UPS store in the area.
Brent is the Associate that usually helps me and he is always friendly, professional and helpful. He helped me with a lamination project that turned out beautifully! Ron Is also helpful. I never wait In line. A second Associate always comes to the desk if there’s more than one person in line! The store is very organized and never cluttered.
This location always takes my USPS packages unlike other locations. I truly appreciate all the services offered.”
