“I obtained a pair of used spikes and found that the "nails" were uneven; I called Xtra Mile Running and spoke to the owner, Chris. He told me to bring them in and replaced the defective spike nails for free, even though I was willing to pay for them. It was very kind of him. I intend to purchase running shoes for my child, in future, from him.”

“I visited the store for the first time this evening, and I was blown away! After over 10 years of struggling with flat feet, foot pain, and back issues, I finally decided to check it out.
Nolan, our associate, was fantastic. He performed a thorough foot scan for both me and my husband, tailoring the shoe selections perfectly to our needs. He also helped me find insoles today and helped me ordered a different color shoe for me, and allowing me to pay when I pick them up.
Nolan even found a great pair of shoes for my husband, who has extra-wide feet and often struggles to find comfort. Now that I’m walking dogs more in the neighborhood, I can’t thank him enough! I’ll definitely be recommending this store to everyone!”

“Yesterday I was fortunate enough to go into your VonMaur Store in Bloomington/Normal Illinois. It should be noted that my friend and I received incredible customer service from Karen in women’s clothing, Ann in Jewelry and from a gentleman who helped us in Men’s Clothing. All three Sales Reps were juggling other people while we were shopping (and asking questions as well) and they showed extreme adaptability, knowledge of inventory, patience, and kindness. We were seriously going to walk out with nothing when Karen asked us to try a couple of different dresses and in different sizes and to make a long story short, we both bought the last dress that each of us tried on because of her incredible salesmanship and knowledge of the product, material and fit! A great experience to shop in your stores and she even surpassed the attention test that I always attributed to only boutiques.”

“This Cole Haan outlet store has a good selection of casual and sport shoes, handbags, wallets, glasses, socks and shoe cleaning supplies, and although sometimes my size is not available at the store, the employee(s) always offer to order it for me, and have the item(s) shipped for free to my home.The back of the store has a clearance section where I’ve been able to find pretty good deals.”
“Lately it’s been really hard to get good customer service anywhere, however I was greatly impressed with the staff at this store. Everyone was really friendly and working hard to make sure customers are satisfied. I wasn’t even going to buy shoes, but Arleth saw me eyeing a pair of Timberland heels and was eager for me to try them on. She brought them to me in different colors and stayed with me through the entire experience — giving her own insight as well. At the register, the rest of the clerks were also extremely friendly and the atmosphere was positive. I will definitely be returning here for my future shoe purchases as I enjoyed my experience. “Every time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks ??”

“Sonya was a wonderful help when I brought both my work boots and my casual boots in to be sent to the Red Wing factory for repair. She helped me prepare the shipping labels and ensured that upon repair they would be shipped back to my house rather than be sent back to the store where I dropped them off. After that was done she helped me with another pair of boots and several pairs of socks.”
