“I came to the store with a problem from another MetroPCS location. The other location told me that I had to pay for a whole new phone in order to get service activated when I just already purchased a new phone back in March I came to this location with that issue and he solved the problem 100% that I have any issue reactivate my phone now because of this location I am now a MetroPCS customer again thank you very much for your time and dedication folks like you need more branches thank you. The meat here is fresh and local- you can get 3 different size burgers- allows hearty and dainty eaters to visit exist We had a 1/4 pounder with Swiss and grilled onions- bun was fresh but would have been nice toasted. Bottled beer available with fountain drinks. Would return”
“Great deals, especially if you're a Sam's member. I'm a current Tmobile customer and even they helped me out here. Please keep in mind the google location shows that it's closer to the street but the Tmobile Kiosk is inside Sam's Club. The staff is also knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend. “Went in today and got a phone upgrade. Pedro was the store associate who helped me during the process. I was (admittedly) already irritated when I walked in the door because of a previous experience I had at a different Verizon location but Pedro helped me out immensely. He listened to my concerns, came up with viable solutions, and I ultimately walked out of the store with the device I wanted. When I explained to him I was on a budget, he was respectful of that and didn't try to upsell me something I didn't want.
He even went beyond his duty and helped me find a case and screen protector too by searching up Best Buy because my new phone was syncing with my old phone and I couldn't look it up myself. He also explained he different bundles I could add onto my service and explained how I could add them if I desired. He explained how different bundles would save me money over time, too.
He was extremely knowledgeable while helping me set up my new device. While I was waiting for my phone to sync with my old phone, he went and assisted other customers, periodically checking in on me. I watched these other interactions while I was waiting (my phone took 30+ minutes to sync) and he was extremely polite and courteous with those customers, too. While he couldn't resolve every issue each customer had, he was able to assist with what he could, and was also able to point them in the proper direction to get the answers they needed.
Pedro is a stand up guy and an excellent employee. If you go there, try and work with him, you won't be let down!”
