“today was of those days that I had to do more than other days. and I arrived when the bank was already closed. the mañana her was very nice to let me in, I had explained that my atm card was lost and couldn't use the atm. she was very understanding and allow me in. I truly appreciate that because I needed the cash. the teller was super nice, and was not worried that it was past closing time. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SMILES always make my day!”

“Don’t leave reviews often but the staff at the bank go above and beyond anything I’ve seen from other banks from giving advice and helping plan things financially. Left when the storm was pouring down and the branch assistant manager offered to walk us out under an umbrella which the branch manager himself offered to go in her stead. “I have been a customer with this bank since the 1990s when it was AJ Smith. This location by far is the best location. All the tellers and managers are top tier. I bank at other People's bank locations and by far this is the best branch. 80th avenue branch drive through tellers there have been rude at times. 80th ave would receive 4 stars for drive through service issues, otherwise 80th avenue managers are top tier. Mortgage personnel are top tier also, as I have my commercial and home mortgages through People's bank.”
