“Great service. My salesperson, Colby was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and made the process of delivery and installation a breeze. The appliance was going to an apartment I rent and the time saved not having to negotiate the logistics made me happy I chose Grand.”

“We have been shopping at Diya Handicraft every year for our Ganesh Ji idol, and we also find almost everything we need for our puja here. The quality and variety are always wonderful. What makes this place even more special is the owner, who is such a kind, humble, and helpful person. This year, even though the store was already closed, he kindly took the time to meet with us and gave us the opportunity to purchase our Ganesh Ji idol. We are truly grateful for his kindness and for going out of his way to help us. Diya Handicraft has become a very special part of our Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity! Ganpati Bappa Morya! 🙏🐘🌺”

“After using other, larger, appliance stores for years, I went to Coles after I bought a new home in order to buy everything - kitchen appliances (range, ovens, refrigerators, dishwasher) and washer and dryer - on the recommendation of people I was working with. A huge commitment but I'm happy with the results. Kevin was very helpful as I bought the appliances, arranged for delivery, and followed up with minor adjustments once the kitchen appliances were installed and I started to use them. He listened to what I wanted and directed me to specific brands and models, I had much more personal attention here than I've had anywhere else and I feel comfortable that I made the right decision to go with Coles and to buy what Kevin recommended.”

“I had an amazing experience at the Ferguson Showroom on Western Ave in Chicago! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. A special thank you to Rhonda, she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and manageable, especially while making decisions for a multi-bathroom remodel. Her expertise and guidance helped us feel confident every step of the way. The pricing was also very fair, which made the overall experience even better. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide great service. I highly recommend this showroom to anyone tackling a renovation project. Truly a great overall experience!”

“I needed to have my sewing machine serviced. I never had taken it in to get a ‘tune-up’ plus was having tension issues requiring the help of a pro. I dropped my machine off at Mr G for their help. I was contacted once the issue was discovered and I needed to confirm whether to proceed and was given a quote. Exactly as they indicated, a few days later, my machine was ready and has been so smooth since! I love this place! It has a real neighborhood vibe and I could easily have gotten lost perusing all the machines that were in their shop. I’m definitely going to be back to drop off my serger and for regular servicing. I highly recommend Mr G for sewing machine repair! Every person I have encountered in person or on the phone has been friendly and extremely helpful.”

“Good people working here. Fast unloading, I was one hour late for appointment because of bad Chicago downtown traffic, but the receiver didn’t care and put me on dock once I arrived. If you are confused how to get there just put the Home Depot address in GPS and follow directions, they share same yard where both of their docks are (behind home depot). It’s easier to take kimball exit off the highway I 90.”

“Great selection (mostly online but decent in-store), great service, speedy delivery. Sarah in sales was super responsive. I started my renovation project at Studio 41 near Merchandise Mart (near my job) and in Lincolnwood (near nothing) and while the team in Lincolnwood was MUCH nicer than the folks on Hubbard (it wouldn't take much) there wasn't nearly the responsiveness and pricing transparency that I got at Ferguson. I was initially very overwhelmed by by master bath rehab- Sarah was easy to work with and worked well with my contractor to replace a Kohler tub that arrived with minor damage. Totally a 5 star experience”

“I had to visit twice in one day. What stood out to me though was the first time i visited some workers were cold but one young lady who was quite petit still tried to help me with a heavy A/C despite other customers demanding her attention. Unfortunately I had to return it because the operating panel was destroyed. I knew what i was getting with an opened box which I was fine with because of the discount. Anyway, when i brought it back I was greeted with warmth and support by three different workers. Eric tho, he did the heavy lifting. Thanks guys!”

“Their website was the easiest to use; after a few clicks I had reserved the rental I needed. On the day of--I walked in, gave them my info, chatted with the staff, and was on my way. Drop off was the same process. The cargo van was all I could want from a cargo van. The rates were reasonable--especially for a short-term rental.”

“I had such a great experience at Home Depot today. I walked in completely new to gardening and explained to one of the employees that I had no idea what kind of soil or plant food I needed. Instead of just pointing me in a direction, the kind woman I spoke with took the time to walk me through the different types of soil and explain what each one was used for. She also helped me choose the right plant food and answered all of my beginner questions without ever making me feel like I was bothering her. She had such a friendly personality and a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even better. As someone who's just starting my plant journey, it meant a lot to have someone who was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and she definitely made a lasting impression. Thank you for taking the time to help a new plant mom feel confident. I'll definitely be coming back to Home Depot for all of my future plant and gardening needs!”

“We visit this Home Depot from time to time when working in the area. It's not my regular Home Depot, but most HD's are organized in the same way. No frills, no drills, nothing to write home about. On this last visit we picked up a Milwaukee plumbing tool, and some Husky attachments. We learned that the original snake on the plumbing tool did not simply take the attachments. We needed to order a thicker snake anyway, so everything worked out.”

“The rating is for the store, however, there was a rude, nosy lady at the locker I needed to access. She stood in front of the screen even though she was done, then turned & asked me did I need to get in there (like I was standing there for my health). All she needed to do was mind her business & move.”

“I had an outstanding experience working with Brian in the appliance department at Home Depot. He normally works in doors and windows however, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right refrigerator for my home rather than just making a sale. Brian took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the differences between the various models, and helped me compare features, pricing, and value. His professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming purchase feel easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service like Brian's is hard to find these days. Thank you, Brian, for making this such a positive experience!”

“we went for minor home repair items and greeted at door, asked twice in aisles if needed assistance. One sales associate left his area and walked three aisles down to not only direct us to our sought item then advised on the best product from the variety. Great store!”
