“A few days ago, I desperately looked for a local mechanic/shop to help me do a very simple thing that I attempted do myself. I had to replace both lowbeam bulbs in my car. My hands are kind of arthritic so I was having much difficulty. I drove around the neighborhood and found Lincoln Wilson Auto Service. I walked in and asked for help. A gentleman with the shop told me to pull my car in. I'm sure he sensed my desperation and proceeded to switch out the bulbs for me. No charge. I am grateful for the patience and professionalism of the mechanic who helped me. Sadly, I am forgetting his name, but will be returning for future services. Thanks to this Good Samaritan.”

Recently I had a car emergency and they went above and beyond for me. They allowed me to safely park my car overnight so they could service it first thing in the morning, and they fixed it quickly and professionally. In a stressful situation, they made everything feel so much easier.
It’s rare to find a shop that is both skilled and truly cares about their customers, but Ted’s Auto Clinic does exactly that. I always feel taken care of here and I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. Highly recommend!

“I've been blessed to have Aviv's services as my mechanic for over nine years. He has guided and helped me through complicated situations. On another note, I want to mention that yesterday I brought my car in for a FEW repairs. I told Aviv that I needed the car in an hour and a half. My car was ready within the hour. While I was there I noticed that his front and back lot were full. But he made it a point to expedite his service for me. I would highly recommend Aviv to anyone looking for honesty, fairness, professionality, and time efficient work.”

“Car had a landing check engine light. This place does free inspections and they were able to diagnose the issue and then fix it within 2 hours. As soon as I walked in they explained their process and even broke down how each part interacts and how and what to do to keep it from failing in the future. Would 11/10 recommend to come in if you are having any issues”

Tom was extremely patient and understanding as I tried to articulate my auto issues with my limited automotive knowledge/vocabulary. Throughout the day I was kept abreast of what work my vehicle needed, what was priority versus what can be done later, what the cost(s) would be, and the general timeframe of completion. He took the time to explain things to me and did not make me feel like I was being gaslit or upsold on any services, parts or products. Providing trustworthy and honest customer service seems to be top priority! On top of all of this, their prices were very fair and affordable. My drive home was the quietest, smoothest, and most stable that it’s been in weeks! Recently, they did collision repair work for us, and everything about the process and their work was superb. Of the three estimates we obtained, theirs was the fairest price with the fastest turnaround time. As always, the staff were friendly and thorough in their communications. There was a slight delay in finishing the work, as they found when it arrived that a replacement part did not meet their quality standards. They quickly ordered another part that was satisfactory, and we appreciate that they made sure the work and parts reflected their high standards. They kept us informed at every step in the process and expertly handled all the insurance company correspondence. We highly recommend Royal Automotive.”

“I went there to service my Honda Civic. Johnny is the best. He will show you the issue with the car and provide a detailed explanation regarding what is wrong. Additionally, he will provide his honest feedback regarding what your options are. At no point did I feel like he was treating me like a customer to merely profit of off. Rather, he appeared genuine, cordial and felt more like a friend offering advice. I received some estimates prior to going here and none of the other mechanics/shops offered the deal and service they offered. Moreover, the other shops didn't provide the customer care to explain and show the issue along with providing multiple options for repair. There is a reason these guys have 5 stars with over 200+ reviews. Well done Johnny and co.”
