we had a great stay in Chicago this past weekend but do not in our do not get the breakfast buffet 80 bucks for two people and it was not good. Save your money go find your nice breakfast place. It's horrible rooms were great location wonderful but the food poor poor poor, poor poor.

Jess helped SO much at the bar. A lovley individual. Shes here for the love of hospitality and that was very clear. She runs the bar and took control during a busy rush and she deserves the recognition. Will come back and stay again!

So I read a couple questionable review about this property. I have experienced nothing but excellence here...clean rooms,friendly staff. Thank you Loretta for the exceptional housekeeping service and attention. You rock. The skyline verbal tour through our windows was incredible. Thank you.
