The Royal Sonesta Chicago River North is a stunning hotel with beautiful, artistic, and modern decor. It is in a perfect location in the heart of downtown Chicago along the river, within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, Navy Pier, and countless restaurants and shops. The entire place smells amazing, fresh, and clean, adding a luxurious touch. The rooms are clean and comfortable, featuring phenomenal beds and comfortable pillows. Some suites include a jacuzzi. The lounge space is lovely and inviting with a great fireplace. Amenities are great, including a 17th floor pool with an amazing view. The restaurant and breakfast options are great. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and wonderful, going out of their way to make stays enjoyable and welcoming. Service is great, with front desk staff noted for kind dispositions, wonderful customer service skills, and going above and beyond. The doorman, security guards, and housekeepers all contribute to a comfortable stay. Guests highly recommend this hotel and state they would definitely come back, making it their hotel of choice in Chicago.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Great customer service, very quiet despite being in the hub of downtown. CBR restaurant had an amazing happy hour. Highly recommend the buffalo wings and Brussel sprouts. Would definitely return!
