A gem near Michigan Avenue. This hotel was very comfortable and quiet among the bustle of the area. Once you get to the 5th floor lobby you are in an oasis. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The Gwen is a beautiful hotel with great spacious room and very modern decor. The proximity to the shops was exceptional. Rodger at the front desk provided amazing service for my family. He was super friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back
