Christy Webber Farm & Garden is a fantastic plant shop and garden center in Chicago, known for its incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful staff. The team radiates warmth and enthusiasm, providing clear and comprehensive answers to all questions about plant care, potting, and troubleshooting. They offer great customer service, including assistance with carrying heavy loads and expertly tying items like Christmas trees to cars. The store is well-organized, clean, and categorized by plant species and pot color. It boasts a tremendous selection of native plants, with everything outside being hardy for the local zone, simplifying the buying experience. The shop also features probably the best pot selection in the city and a sales section for discounted project plants. While some items, like pots and certain plant species, can be slightly above average in price, the store is generally not too pricey. The overall experience is lovely and highly recommended, making customers feel like they are reuniting with dear friends and turning gardening into an enjoyable process.
