“Called over the phone to get a quote for a cracked screen it was 65.00 bucks, got there is 95.00 due to LCD needing repaired. Just got overcharged for phone case, was 25.00 and I found it on Amazon was 7.00 bucks. Also after I waited over two hours to remove the rubber bands from the repaired screen I placed the screen protector on, and a few hours later there were yellow spots on the bottom of the screen and a yellow line on the right side of the screen. The 65.00 dollar quote turned into a total of 144.00 bucks. So be prepared!!!! Customer Service was nice.”

“Joe and Bob at Royal Home Entertainment were able to magically transform my “rat’s nest” of dozens of non-terminated and unlabeled cat5 cables into a seamless multi-room wifi system controlling four rooms and two 5.1 surround theater areas, using different TVs (one TCL Roku and one Sharp) across a mesh network. It took two days of hard work but Bob was incredibly patient throughout the process, tenacious, answered all my questions, worked closely with the Denom support team, and spent extra time and effort (at no cost) making it all look cosmetically nice by adding new wall plates and organizing the mess of cables. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!”

“I came to this location because I filed a claim through Asurion from my phone provider. I was slightly frustrated about the claim process from Asurion, as it has changed multiple times and has not been as easy as it was in the past, but coming to this location took all of my frustration away.Within an hour from filing, a technician from uBreakiFix River North called me to find out exactly what was wrong with my phone and when I was planning on coming in to drop it off. He was extremely friendly and assured me that it would be a quick fix. The same tech that I spoke with on the phone was the one who completed the drop off process and again, extremely friendly and let me know that I would have my phone back that same night (which Asurion CS reps and AT&T did not do).Overall, what started as a stressful situation was solved easily because of the technician at this specific location. I was 100% ready to cancel my insurance plan with Asurion/AT&T and switch to Apple Care had it not been for this location.”

Starting with a repair on the volume pot on my college 1980 Aiwa integrated amp that I was sure was destine for the recycle bin. I've got a higher end Tandberg power, preamp and FM tuner set that he keeps like new for me. Be ready to see more piled up old electronics than you've ever seen in one place. But Roman is organized and first rate. You won't find people doing their work anymore.”

“My cell phone was locked since December 9th after I switched the sim card to another phone. I called McAfee security and they couldn't fix it. I called T-Mobile and they connected me to a Samsung agent, still the problem was not resolved. I visited UBreakIfix office at 3167 N. Clark Street and they unlocked the cellphone within 5 minutes of my entering the store.
The young man I met in the office, I didn't even ask his name is awesome, skills are amazing.
