The guys working were super friendly and helpful. Asked about our trip, where we were from, etc. Got a free upgrade, we paid for a sedan but got a small SUV.

We rented a car for the day while in Chicago. Benji was pleasant, attentive , and very knowledgeable-even told is about the nearest bathroom. Not his fault it was as closed!

Really loved the experience. Benji and his staff goes above and beyond to help the customers. The parking ramp is steep and I didn't feel comfortable driving the car uphill but on my request, Benji sent his staff downstairs who helped us drive the car back to the lot.
