Employees are described as friendly, proactive, and helpful in locating items. However, the store has several noted issues. The checkout process is frequently criticized; self-checkout machines are clunky and lack tap-to-pay, requiring a physical card or cash. Many registers are often closed, forcing customers to get help from an employee. The store is not very handicap accessible, with a problematic process for picking up online orders. At times, staff availability can be poor, with customers leaving after long waits for assistance. Occasional items may not be where indicated online.
Iām here to speak on the cleanliness of the store. The rest room was so clean . I was like I must give a review because all too often we forget the people behind the scene.
