  Very easy to make an appointment and there was no wait when I arrived for my appointment. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
  They just need to have better signage to find the Quest center, especially outside of the Jewel.

  Friendly and quick service. PSA: They no longer offer drug screens, even if your employer sends you there. This is listed on the Quest website but I wasn't sure given that my employer sent me there anyway, so just FYI that you will need to go to another location.

  Shequita took care of me even though I was 20 minutes late to my appointment! Thank you Shequita you were the BEST.
