the employees are very kind and helpful! i was there for the first time looking for camping gear and they helped me set up a membership so i could buy from their secondhand section, and i ended up saving hundreds of dollars. they even gave me tips on how to use the gear. it made me feel like a part of a community.

Everyone here is fabulous. Tony fitted me for my pack and spent tons of time making sure I had the right fit. Sandra is a super star she knows EVERYTHING about clothes. She took 1 look at me and got me the best fit and best pants for my climb. Highly recommend.
