“Convenient location, attentive service - almost over attentive. But that’s never a bad thing. Prices are a bit higher if you were to go to a stand alone shipping company. Those are hard to find in the loop vicinity though - so something to consider.”

“I went to the UPS store in Lincoln Village, in Chicago, and Ali went out of his way to help me. He notarized a document for me and my husband and then helped me copy and fax over 20 pages. He was extremely courteous, patient and efficient. While I was waiting for my fax to complete I observed his behavior with multiple other customers and he was just as kind and helpful with everyone else. I am so glad I chose this store.”

Because of my awful experience at the 47 W Division store I just let the guy know I had an Amazon kiosk return in addition to my counter shipments and he said no problem I’ll take it all here. And he told me to just leave my giant boxes where they were and he took care of them. Seems like a little thing but if you have ever been to the store on Division, you know it is a huge deal. Thank you so so much for your help today. Oh and going here vs. there you can actually get a parking spot in front of the store.”

“Great service! Very welcoming and helpful staff. I came here for fingerprinting and I was beyond grateful for their assistance. I had been to other UPS locations for fingerprinting and staff were not helpful neither were they knowledgeable at the process.

“I strongly recommend to anyone using Coolparcel. They are not the company delivering packages, they are only a marketplace to find the best offer and they are very good at it.The only issue is their website. When I first looked at it, I thought it was a scam. Horribly designed, confusing, it accepts only certain Visa bank cards. But once you get used to these issues, it works fine.”
