On top of that I asked him to please watch me get back to my car because there was a sketchy man standing right outside the store. I had refused to buy products for that man so I was scared for my safety to get back to my car. The salesman was gracious enough to see me get back in my car and drive off safely. On entering, I was greeted by Sam. I knew what I was looking for heading in, and he promptly directed me to the right place. He also provided a suggestion for a new cigar I had not had before based on my selection. I did not get the sense he was just trying to sell more product, rather that he genuinely thought I'd enjoy this recommendation, which I appreciated. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Sam.
