“Came here a couple days ago and it’s always good to find steals. Saw a bunch of cute dinnerware/mugs and more for sale.
The only downside is that one of my sisters needed help buying a big mirror and they kept telling us they’ll help us in a min and after a long while nobody came so we asked again. And nobody came again... I mean maybe they were busy, I don’t know.
But the cashier was a total sweetheart and apologized about the wait saying there was a communication issue(between the worker’s). So in the end it all worked out.
Also the lady in the jewelry section was also lovely, she let us try on multiple jewelry and we had nice small talk.”

“I love me some, T.J. Maxx. I can definitely find some bargains. Coffee, stationary, containers, mugs, purses, wallets, jewelry, etc. Unfortunately, I am a sistah and sometimes the clothes don't quite fit me the way, I would like them to fit. A 16 and proud of it. They in my opinion need more sizes for plus size women. We are not all they same size. Wides are appreciated too. In shoes as well. All women don't have a narrow feet. I am a proud wide when it comes to shoes and it varies between a 10 Wide or an 11.”

“At one point I felt like I was being followed by staff BUT I understand a little. While walking I was trying to stuff my phone into my bag as an employee was walking past. I did show him it was a phone and as small as it was there is no way I could be stealing. So not mad at all that I was greater 3 times in 5 mins. Please note, by this time I was towards the back of the store do I hear already been there for 20 mins and not 1 greeting not even walking in. So good job, eventually the feeling passed, I guess they realized there was NO WAY I could have been stuffing anything in my tiny bag.”
“Their inventory is better than the 95th street location. I don’t go here often anymore. I usually have my husband pick things up on his way home from work as needed. The drive up is very fast, and the workers are polite. I am glad that this one has things in stock that I actually need.”

“I recently visited Marshalls in Matteson, and I had a wonderful shopping experience. Annette assisted me in the fitting room while I was trying on an outfit and several other items I was considering purchasing. Since I was shopping by myself, it was great to have another set of eyes to offer feedback and assistance. Her kindness and helpfulness made the experience much more enjoyable.
When I was ready to check out, Michael assisted me at the register. He was patient and courteous while I searched for my discount coupon, and he never made me feel rushed. His professionalism and positive attitude were greatly appreciated.
It’s always nice to shop in an stress-free environment where employees genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. Thank you, Annette, Michael, and the entire Marshalls team in Matteson for making my shopping trip such a pleasant experience. I look forward to returning!”

And, even as late as 9 pm they had four lanes staffed with professional checkers(& they needed it!)
Still annoyed though, after literally years the liquor discount of 10% off for four or more bottles has ceased(at this location) to come off automatically.”

First, I want to thank Judy for her exceptional service. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right products for my needs. Judy helped me select a fantastic coffee maker along with several other items, taking the time to explain different options and answer my questions. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly attitude made the entire shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond.
I would also like to recognize Aaron, who assisted me with selecting a monitor for my office setup. He was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. His recommendations were thoughtful and helped me make a confident purchasing decision.
Amanda was another employee who stood out during my visit. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. It's always refreshing to interact with someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, and Amanda certainly made a positive impression.
A special thank you as well to Motez, who helped me evaluate dedicated storage solutions for both my office and mobile work needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire decision-making process. His expertise helped me find solutions that fit both my professional and personal requirements.
Finally, I would like to recognize Kaniyah, who welcomed me when I arrived and pointed me in the right direction. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist immediately created a positive first impression of the store.
What impressed me most about this Best Buy location was the teamwork and customer-focused attitude demonstrated by everyone I interacted with. Every employee I encountered was professional, approachable, and willing to help. In today's retail environment, that level of customer service deserves recognition.

“This Burlington has great potential the cashiers are more friendly now. Then before. I had one unpleasant experience last year with cashier. I believe she was a manager a white woman. It was about a old navy sweater line. That came new to the store and I asked her if I could get a 10% discount because the front of the border was stained. And she was very very rude. To me I don't visit this Burlington in Matteson often but when I did go back to visit. It was a pleasant experience. They are working hard to turn the store around so for that I am hopeful. I know they can do it. I will stop by again to see if I have a great experience to give them a 5 star review. Burlington store I believe in you.”
