“would like to take a moment to recognize Zoe at the Boost Mobile store for providing an exceptional customer service experience. From the moment I arrived, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, patience, and attentiveness.
While assisting me with activating my phone, Zoe was also in the process of training another employee. During this time, a customer entered the store and began speaking to him in a very disrespectful manner. What stood out to me the most was the way Zoe handled the situation. Despite the unnecessary hostility, he remained calm, composed, and respectful throughout the entire interaction.
Even while managing multiple responsibilities at once, Zoe continued to ensure that I received the assistance I needed. He took the time to thoroughly explain the activation process, answered my questions with clarity, and made certain that my phone was fully set up and functioning properly before I left the store. At no point did I feel rushed or overlooked, which speaks volumes about his dedication to customer care.
In today’s environment, it is not always common to encounter such a high standard of professionalism and patience in customer service. Zoe demonstrated excellent communication skills, strong leadership while training another employee, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

We taught that it was not worth spending 170 in a fix phone. But my dad still checked in Amazon to see prices and WE FOUND OUT THEY GAVE US A GREAT DEAL. So when we got back in we told her that it was good and she also offered us a 20-30 dollar discount. We are still waiting for the phone cause we just dropped and we’re getting it tomorrow. Sergio is the most dedicated, informative and patient individual at any location I have ever been to. He always knows the latest deals and advertisements for the store and invests time into setting up customers phone(s) as he has had to help me with several phones I have ourch from this location and always come back to for the great customer service.
I would highly recommend this location and company especially if you are lucky enough to be paired with this employee on your visit to help you. Just as a customer remember to kind and courteous if waiting for help as they commonly have low staff and can only help 1-2 customers at a time depending on the current work placed in front of them by customers.
Keep up the phenomenal work and give Sergio a raise/promotion he deserves it !!”

The meat here is fresh and local- you can get 3 different size burgers- allows hearty and dainty eaters to visit exist We had a 1/4 pounder with Swiss and grilled onions- bun was fresh but would have been nice toasted. Bottled beer available with fountain drinks. Would return”
