I can't say enough about the staff at 105th in Chicago without using a barrage of 'P'-words. Both Kashimia and Jacob were VERY positive, personable, professional and most of all, PATIENT. They both went above and beyond to help me properly manage three storage units (over quite some time), and both were especially helpful in transitioning and evacuating my units. She asked what i needed and if she could help and asked if i could wait until she got inside and apologized for no one here and she really help me out this day and she answered all my questions. It looked like this day was a long day for her even though it was 10:30am, but As we were talking she stated that she is from another district and this will be her last week in the district. I told her I'm coming over to where you are from now on to ask questions and pay if I need too. Eric was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. The price was affordable and i even received the promotional price which was even better. He made me feel at ease with storing my belongings. I had to make a couple of nearby runs and couldn’t make it back until after the facility closed. Eric waited for me to return. Great customer service and I appreciate his help and assistance.
