Their set ups are gorgeous and most of them are bioactive if not all. They advocate for good husband first and foremost before trying to sell you a pet. 835 Cog Cir, Crystal LakeTexas Roadhouse is probably one of our favorite restaurants in Crystal Lake. The combination of reasonable prices, generous portions, and consistently good food keeps us coming back time and time again.
The service is always on point, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. The dinner rolls with cinnamon butter are a must-have and are always a huge hit with the kids (and adults too!).
The only real downside is how incredibly busy this location is. It's a testament to how popular they are, but it can make dining with a larger group challenging. They don't take traditional reservations, so even when you call ahead, you may still have a significant wait. For example, we called ahead for a party of 10 on a Friday night at 6:00 PM and weren't seated until nearly 7:15 PM.
That said, the food, value, and service make the wait worthwhile. If you're planning to visit during peak hours, just be prepared for a crowd. Overall, this is a great family-friendly restaurant that we'll continue to visit again and again.

I also really enjoyed the red and green sauces, though the rice was just okay. Service was good throughout. My only major complaint—which is almost a deal-breaker for me—is that they don't offer free chips and salsa for dine-in customers. Bring back complimentary chips, and this place would be perfect!
