The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and caring. It’s such a relief knowing we’re leaving our pup in good hands. One of the best parts is being able to pick him up after a full day of play, freshly bathed and ready to relax at home.
CBW has become a second home for our dog, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend it to any pet parent looking for a place that treats your dog like family!

1112 Front St, McHenryOur Bernese Finn wasn’t baring any weight on his rear right leg. It was also very swollen. Dr. Carlson and his staff did amazing diagnosing him at minimal cost! His swelling went down overnight and he was finally able to walk on it the next day. We would have been easily diagnosed wrong but thanks to Dr. Carlsons expertise we were diagnosed correctly and the issue resolved fast. Thank you!

When we realized that her medicine wasn't going to work, and it was time for kitty to cross the rainbow bridge, the staff were professional, caring, and supportive. Salads kind of boring, no eggplants dishes at all. About design of the rooms. One long room where we were sitting has no wall decor at all, one wall was from bricks and 3 walls dark color. One window with blinds which makes this room so dark if you want to close them from sundown of bright sun at 5 pm. Should be curtains or window shades for better protection. Please, hire a professional designer to improve your decor and atmosphere. We ordered sea bass dish , it was good , crusty a little bit but definitely not worthy $40 small piece of fish with 4 cherry tomatoes in a sauce. Calamari that we had for lunch before were too soupy, ate them with the spoon. Overall its good place to eat.

Waukegan Rd, McHenryMy husband and I wanted a special dinner to celebrate 20 years together. I’m diabetic, so going out to restaurants can be a bit challenging. Chef Stephen was recommended to us by Lori from Cherry Tree Inn, and I’m so glad! After a lovely phone conversation where we talked about my dietary needs and our shared interest in food (both my husband and I like to cook, and enjoy trying lots of different food when traveling), Stephen sent us a wide variety of menu ideas. We chose our top favorites, then he tweaked the final menu to my dietary needs.
The menu was a delicious mix of “old” (food we’d had before) and new, tailored to my needs so well I had very stable blood sugar after enjoying a full 4-course meal that included dessert!
I would highly, highly recommend Chef Stephen - he really knows his craft, from both culinary and nutritional bases. Having a “fancy” meal in house, where it was quiet enough to have good conversation (restaurants have gotten so loud, it’s hard to hear each other), and I could just eat what was served, without trying to mentally tabulate carbs or keep track of portion sizes, was so nice.

5408, McHenryI rescued my baby girl from here back in 2018 and she's been perfect. Animal Outreach really had the kitten in mind when I was playing with her in the room. They even said she seemed super comfortable with me. I mean, she even fell asleep in my arms and that's when I knew I couldn't put her down. It's been an amazing 2 years with this baby girl and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. She's as healthy as she can be, as she has a heart condition where he heart is abnormally large, but that doesn't stop her from being an absolute nut case. I would 100% adopt from them again.

1710 Vale St, McHenryStopped by a K9s4U adoption event and met Tammy and her team! They were awesome to work with and we ended up adopting Angie who was a 9-week old Rottweiler mix. We bonded with her and submitted our application which was approved allowing us to take Angelina home! We're so grateful for the work Tammy and the K9s4U do to help these dogs find good homes!
