“Shout out to Shion (sp?) At FRG post office. This morning she appeared to be a one-man-show and totally handled it like a champ. A very unpleasant patron was in front of me and giving her a hard time. She kept her cool and was professional. Hard to work with the public but she does great!”

“This is by far the best postal service location I’ve ever frequented and am grateful it’s in our hometown. The staff are friendly, helpful, efficient, and fast. As a result, there are hardly ever any lines, but if there are a couple of people in line, you’re usually waited on in under a few minutes.”

“We have a very nice post office in McHenry. The staff is efficient and helpful. Sometimes during the holidays, there are long lines, but that is to be expected. If you have a package with prepaid postage, you don't have to wait in line. You can just drop it off on one of the counters or put in the drop box. Best of all, postage rates have remained reasonable, even in these inflationary times.”
“Chelsea is the absolute greatest mail carrier I have ever had!! She always has a smile on her face!! I always get my mail in good condition!! My neighbors love her too!!! And my dog is so happy when we see her!!”
“I recently moved to this area and whenever I go to this post office there is only 1 lady working at the front all by herself! my father used to work in the post office & their job is super hard so therefore we should be supportive for all the postal workers who are working and treat them with respect.”

She always says hi and greets you with a smile. I come to this location daily and never have I felt uncomfortable stepping into this location as I have in others. “I thought I just left a review. I might have put it not posted it on the wrong site. Damn.
But here's the best I can recollect what I said is that;
I like the Crystal Lake Post Office more than most.
The folks there make the place work. They're all all very helpful, polite, cheerful most the time. Of course everybody can't be perfect.
The place is nice and bride's got a lot of Windows. You just feel welcome and comfortable and you get in and out as quickly as you can. There's also kiosk to help you out self-help kiosk.
So shout out to the Crystal Lake Post Office. They're doing a great job. Keep it up!”
