“I thought I just left a review. I might have put it not posted it on the wrong site. Damn. But here's the best I can recollect what I said is that; I like the Crystal Lake Post Office more than most. The folks there make the place work. They're all all very helpful, polite, cheerful most the time. Of course everybody can't be perfect. The place is nice and bride's got a lot of Windows. You just feel welcome and comfortable and you get in and out as quickly as you can. There's also kiosk to help you out self-help kiosk. So shout out to the Crystal Lake Post Office. They're doing a great job. Keep it up!”

“Shout out to Shion (sp?) At FRG post office. This morning she appeared to be a one-man-show and totally handled it like a champ. A very unpleasant patron was in front of me and giving her a hard time. She kept her cool and was professional. Hard to work with the public but she does great!”

“Thank you to Patty! She came out to bring my parents their mail and medicine instead of letting it sit at the post office until after the holiday. I was still in AZ but my mother met her at the door and told me she was pleasant and apologized for the mistake. Keep it up!”

“This is by far the best postal service location I’ve ever frequented and am grateful it’s in our hometown. The staff are friendly, helpful, efficient, and fast. As a result, there are hardly ever any lines, but if there are a couple of people in line, you’re usually waited on in under a few minutes.”

“We have a very nice post office in McHenry. The staff is efficient and helpful. Sometimes during the holidays, there are long lines, but that is to be expected. If you have a package with prepaid postage, you don't have to wait in line. You can just drop it off on one of the counters or put in the drop box. Best of all, postage rates have remained reasonable, even in these inflationary times.”

“I recently moved to this area and whenever I go to this post office there is only 1 lady working at the front all by herself! my father used to work in the post office & their job is super hard so therefore we should be supportive for all the postal workers who are working and treat them with respect.”

“I went to the post office one fine sunny day, To mail a letter that would arrive in two days, There wasn't a line and the service was quick, The postal worker was friendly with the envelope he picked... In and out swiftly, not a moment to dread, No grumbles, no sighs, just good cheer instead, If mailing brings joy, then this place leads the way, I will gladly return on another fine day!”
