I went into your store right when it opened and Erick was available and help me pick a new phone as my old was no good anymore. Erick explained all the options I had, promotion and discounts and it made it easy to pick my new phone. Thank you Erick, you are amazing.”

“Exceptional customer service. I forgot who helped me but he was a younger man. I came in for the inner screen of my Zflip to be repaired through Samsung Care. Not only did they have a very short turnaround time; they surprised me and fixed an issue I had with my phone that I was complaining about. (Context: I'd gotten my phone repaired a year ago at a different location, and they replaced the back of my phone with a part that said "demo model". Each time I subsequently went back to them, they would give me an issue about having a demo model when it wasn't one.) Anyway, they replaced it for me which was a nice surprise. Even though this place is a drive for me, I'll be frequenting this location for future repairs.
