“I came in to this location because wanted to upgrade my phone from a 15 to the new 17 Pro Max and Joey helped me a lot with getting this done. We also were able to upgrade our WiFi and save! “I dropped my old phone in the pool the night before and the following morning to be able to work I had to access the Authenticator but with out my phone it was impossible. I went into your store right when it opened and Erick was available and help me pick a new phone as my old was no good anymore. “such a pleasant experience. we had a broken phone and originally thought just the screen was broken. he took a closer look (for free) and told us exactly what was wrong and was very real with us. he told us he could put in a new battery but there were tons of complications. we decided ourselves we were just going to get a new one and he luckily had a refurbished one available. he helped us transfer everything and figure out the new phone, and put on a new screen protector for free. he was super kind and we will definitely be coming back here for future issues!”
“My store experience was phenomenal all due to an employee named Shani! I was nervous about upgrading phones because I didn’t want to lose all my photos and other personal data. But Shani really broke it down for me and helped me transfer all my data onto the new phone. If you’re looking to get a new phone I highly recommend talking to Shani she really knows her stuff! “Great experience shopping for noise canceling headphones, and I’m happy to support them. The sales representative, Jacob, was very knowledgeable. He introduced me to high end brands I hadn’t heard of, and he let me try on several options. Much better than shopping at a big box store. I wasn’t expecting to buy anything here because their prices, like everything at an airport, are higher. The Sony headphones I liked were $30 over list price. But they had an open box unit for 20% off, which ended up being a great deal. Thanks!”
