“Jessie was absolutely amazing. My son has been a First Responder for nearly 10 years. He joined the Navy 2 months ago and his and had no access to his phone. His FirstNet phone service was cancelled because he was not able to reverify his FirstNet status. After several phone calls and stops at 2 AT&T stores we came to the AT& T store at 445 East town line Road. Jessie was not only patient and professional she went above and beyond to make sure his phone was turned on and his ForstNet status was reinstated! She was genuine so helpful!
