“John at Voltz was the best from start to finish. 2012 camry hybrid 62k miles. Performed battery reconditioning. Was getting about 25 mpg with hybrid battery cycling every 30 minutes between full capacity and empty. After reconditioning, get about 40 mpg and an hour between full capacity and empty. John and Bogdan were very transparent and provided detailed information on findings/reports as well as suggested changes to extend hybrid battery life. Would recommend these guys to anyone I care about. Will be coming back if need be. 10000/10”

“The Northbrook location was superlative, fast, and super easy. I ordered a new AGM Battery with premium installation online with same-day service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My new AGM battery and installation were half the cost of Jeeps, just 10 minutes away. “Great place here, took my phone for a repair here, on an insurance claim yesterday. My phone was fixed in like 20minutes. Not that everyone's phone is gonna be repaired in that time. “I was sent to this batteries plus location after initiating a phone screen replacement with my cellular insurance. Shortly afterwards I received a courtesy phone call from Martha Rodriguez, who was confirming my appointment. I expressed some frustrations brought upon by Assurant, and even though it wasn't her issue, Martha offered solutions that she could help with. She was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. She finished my screen replacement faster then the time it took me on the phone initiating the insurance claim. When I think of, what customer service should look like, I picture her! Thank you for the help and support you showed today, somebody give this lady a raise!”
