“Hybrid battery replacement went great. **Bruce is a top tier mechanic and an asset to this company! He was so comforting when answering all of my questions regarding install and warranties. He even pivoted from a shop appointment I’d made to doing a remote install when my battery (sooner than expected) died on my way into work the day before I was supposed to take my Prius into the shop! Install was done in the parking lot while I was at work, and I was able to walk out at night to a happy car that got me home safely!
Made a lifelong customer over here. I can’t sing their praises enough.”

“Michael at O’Reilly Auto Parts was seriously a huge help yesterday. He came outside and helped replace windshield wipers on my wife’s car and when the first set didn’t fit, he went back and found the correct size at no extra cost. He even figured out how to install them on our Mazda, which honestly has a weird setup compared to most cars. Super patient, professional, and went above and beyond instead of just sending me on my way. Customer service like that is rare now. Thanks again Michael!”

“Jorge did a great job of removing both my brake light bulbs. (That weren’t working) seeing they were burnt out and quickly replaced them. ( All week thought it was something with a fuse since they were both out) Only cost me a mere $10 for the bulbs.
Just prior I went to AutoZone across Dundee Rd and they were NOT Helpful.
A Couple months ago they replaced my disintegrated Windshield Wipers.. and I believe it was also Jorge.

“Been having issues with my check engine light for quite some time and decided to visit my neighborhood O’Reily’s, and I could not be more thankful that I did! I was immediately greeted by Bobby who was extremely personable and enthusiastic to help me and answer my questions. He went above and beyond assisting me in solving my issue and provided me with the advice and recommendations that I needed. He was very patient and gave me the long over due guidance that I have been needing with this frustrating situation… I usually go to Autozone, but thanks to Bobby I will be sure to patronize O’Reily’s instead! My car is running brand new and finally the check engine light is finally gone for good, thanks to Bobby’s guidance and recommendations!”

“I had a problem with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee with push button start. Every couple months had to get a jump start. I came here and talked with John about my problem. He told me that there is two kinds of batteries, flood and agm. Because I have push button start I should an agm battery. I found out I had a flood battery. I exchanged the battery. Thank you John.”

“These guys are always the best. Started day with a car that barely started. After doing several checks and a little research I concluded I needed a battery. I asked for a quick double check and I was told everything checked fine and something must have drained it overnight. Turns out my trunk was open slightly for a few days but the rubber seal had stuck to it and held it down. Didn’t get a name but every time I go here I find someone who has worked with his hands and his head. Thanks”
