“For truck drivers... entrance is the west gate. Pull up to the gate and call the number posted. Pretty easy backing. Unload time is about an hour. Getting to the delivery can have some tight turns but overall not bad.”

“I’ve been going here for over 40 years, from when it was a single building, all the way up to the current layout.
They have always been the go to place for those simple things, to those unusual fasteners and Pushmatic breakers. The running joke was, if Len’s didn’t have it, you didn’t need it. Well, with the invention of the internet and stuff, it’s a little less true, but still great for product.
The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, always great with their service department, I love their propane refill service.”

As anyone knows it’s difficult to someone you can always rely on but AnyTemp has been my go to for HVAC related issues since recently installing a new furnace for me. All their employees are knowledgeable and take their time to explain what’s going on which is greatly appreciated. Fantastic work and value.”
“Wasn’t a believer until I bought a 13 dollar belt sander years ago and hoped it would last me a project or two. I think I may have to donate it if I ever want to be in need of buying another one.
The staff here is one of the best locations I’ve been too. I prefer it over Hanover park and Cary, the staff always makes sure your getting the best deal possible and is super friendly with answers. Probably the best place I’ve been to if you ever need a random tool to make that next project easier. Also they have a lot of tools that may normally only be available at a premium price point and the DIY’re the solution they provide is great.
Their products and easy customer service make me reminisce about the good old days of well built, inexpensive tools, that carried a lifetime or long term warranty.
I just bought an oscillating spindle/belt sander that is 99% the same guts as a Rigid for 4-5x the price. Never thought I’d own a luxury sanding item like that for the shop but I got that and a cart full of tools for less than the cost of one at the big orange store.
Oh also people like to harp on the “imported quality” where do you think everyone else comes from? You’re paying for a brand, up until recently the Hercules lineup of tools actually had Samsung sourced battery cells being utilized. I don’t think most people at this stage of the game think Samsung doesn’t know what they are doing when it comes to electronics.”
“Very happy with recent service from AG. He replaced a plexiglass storm window panel with bent aluminum frame, and the hardware on a sliding storm window panel from a porch door. Relatively small jobs, but he took care to complete the repairs right and at a low price. Communication throughout the process was also great. Highly recommended.”

“I went to this store to buy a replacement cabinet hinge. They didn’t have what I needed but they went out of their way to find a local store that carried the item. They called the store and printed out the exact product I needed. If they were this helpful in finding a product from a local competitor, I can only imagine how helpful they would be if I was their customer.

“I needed a small pane of glass cut. A man helped me out and cut the proper cut. While there I got to chat with another friendly staff person. I walked around to look for a crystal cabinet knob...but they were all out. The man at the cash register was also friendly and wished me a great day. I felt good shopping here to support a local business rather than the big box store. I will go there again when I am in the neighborhood.”
“We hired Kitchen & Bath Mart to do a full remodel of both our kitchen and bathroom and we could not be happier with the results! Krysti was our designer and she made everything so easy and was a pleasure to work with. We have an almost 100 year old home and her designs made great use of our small, quirky spaces. Bogdan did the install and his work was immaculate! He had both the kitchen and bathroom projects going at the same time and Krysti would come by to check on progress at each step, so everything went smoothly. It felt like no time at all that the work was completed and our old home had some new life.

“I took in a part to repair a frost proof faucet. The individual who assisted me couldn’t have been more helpful. He provided the necessary parts, assembled them so all I needed was to reinsert the part back into the sleeve and tighten. I was provided exceptional service and encourage anyone needing plumbing supplies to shop here.”
“One night I went into our bedroom and found a chipmunk on our bed. Quickly went to our local Ace and asked for help. The sales associate told me what product I could use (sticky pads) and gave me directions on how to use it, even suggesting using peanut butter as bait. I went home and followed his directions. An hour later Mr. Chipmunk was stuck to the pad and we were able to remove him from our home. Thanks Ace.”

“We headed to RH Outlet on a Saturday in search of a king sized bed frame. We were greeted and helped by Howard, who was wonderful - polite and helpful. We found a bed we liked for a great price and we used one of the 3rd party delivery recos they provided. The transporit movers were excellent and everything went extremely smoothly! The gallery and selection are huge and this is definitely worth checking out. Just remember you'll have to pay a bit extra for delivery if you don't have a large vehicle. Totally worth it in my opinion!”
