“Great group of guys here. Very knowledgeable, amicable, and trustworthy staff. Have always been treated well whether I'm visiting the service department or sales department.Most recent experience was purchase of a '24 model snowmobile. If you're not familiar with the ordering process, you have to order one VERY quickly online if you want to get one for the following season. Arctic Cat took my deposit the day I ordered and asked which dealer to send it to (Route 12, duh!). Then in October, the manufacturer canceled the order on Route 12 (no fault of theirs). Come to find out, Arctic Cat canceled orders for the model I ordered once in April (as they accidentally accepted too many orders online) and again in October (for a reason unknown to me). Route 12 went out of their way to locate one for me! Thanks for finding my RX-C and maintaining my sleds!”

“Came here based Google reviews. My son needed cleats, shin guards and socks. Easy street parking.We went around 12:30pm but it was closed despite the hours saying they were open at noon on Sunday. There were 2 other customers waiting outside and they let us know that someone was on the way to open the store and should be there in 10 minutes. We were relieved so to wait out the time, my son & I went next door and ordered smoothies. When the store opened, we walked in and noticed a great selection of cleats. The sales associate was helpful finding a pair of cleats for my son, but unfortunately they didn’t have his size. We did find shin guards and socks so the trip was worth it. I’ll be back when my son needs more gear.”

“Recently I arrived at the park ridge store early on Monday morning (10:45) and I was the only customer, I knew what shoe I wanted ( New Balance) and the size and the style. The only missing piece was the color. The colors in stock at the store were not to my liking, and the sales person researched the inventory at other locations wherein I made my choice. The wonderful sales person said it would be at the store the next day, and they would deliver it to my house when received. When I returned home that afternoon I received a phone call from the sales person indicating the shoes where at the store that afternoon (Monday) and he would deliver them to me at approximately 3:15. He was spot on and delivered the shoes when promised. Do you believe this service it not only exceeded my expectations but was an event that is beyond belief, never have I had such service.”

“REI! This place is like Costco for outdoors people! You always say you're going to go in and buy one thing and then you walk out a couple hundred dollars poorer at the end of the experience! The salesperson that helped me was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. If you are a member you can get a deep discount using your dividend points and also the REI return section is a great place where you can find great deals as well. Overall I give REI a five out of five stars for ambience, selection of products, knowledgeable staff, and reasonable prices. “I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!if i could i would give it 1000 stars. the two people who work here (jody and stephanie) are so kind and so knowledgeable.i had skates that i purchased from amazon that were breaking down and when i walked into rainbo they immediately told be that my skates were to big. they sized me properly and put me in a stiffer boot and i already feel better. i also had some issues with my new blade and they fixed it free of charge.jody and steph provide an amazing vibe in their store. they will provide you with the best service possible, no matter your level.”

Love their return policy, as a mom I tend to forget or do not have time to go and return items or exchange them right away and at Famous footwear you don't just have 30days, even if it's been a longer they will gladly exchange for you as long as they have not been worn (obviously).”
“They are great here, maybe too great! I will explain: I haven't bowled in many years and decided to do it again with my wife. I was a customer over 20 years ago... After getting fitted last week, she was frustrated yesterday with 6 gutters in a row! She swore the ball was too heavy. After meeting with Lynn, he assured her the ball was not too heavy, all she needed was a wrist brace. Luckily I had filmed a few of her frames and showed them to Lynn. He slowed down the video and took time to analyze what she was doing wrong. He took 10 minutes to show her and gave some tips. Bottom line...she ended up beating me! Lol! Great Customer Service!”

“I bought online a Nike jacket size L it didn't fit my son. I went to Melrose Park kids Foot Locker and spoke with Vanessa B and Brittany they gave me many options how to exchange the jacket. The best one for me was to reorder it. Wow. Thank you. From now on I am only going to Melrose Park. I thought I had to do extra driving or mail it. Saved me money and time. Love it. Also I asked about the dunk gym shoes also told me where I can go and buy it or order it with them and have it sent to my house or them. Thank you so much for being friendly and informative .”

“Very helpful and reliableI got my phone fixed from a cheaper quoted fixers and within a month it got it in to trouble and then i contacted Mr. Phone.According to their adviceMy 11 pro got fixed now it’s completely working smoothly.The technician who came to fix the screen explains it in detail where is the problem and what did they do to fix it which is very knowledgeable for me to not to blindest trust local fixers and get again in trouble.Excellent, professional, reasonably priced service. I have used previously for cracked screen but today they replaced entire glass on back, sides and front of phone and picked up / delivered on time; it was such a smooth service. Would highly recommend!”
“Went in for a Custom made hat and Mishel did a fantastic job! She made sure I was happy with the design and helped me pick out the style and color. She had a whole store by herself on top of making the hats and still managed to provide excellent customer service. The final product came out better than expected! My daughter can hop right on the ice after a sharpening from Distinctive Edge with no “adapting period”. Jess’ office is spotless and he is highly organized. I drive 35 minutes to have him sharpen our skates and feel it is well worth it. Highly recommend.”
“This is an amazing place to go if you're a sports fan. It has gear from jerseys to hats to shorts and more. I recently got a jersey that I wanted to exchange. The return was so easy, and I got a gift card with store credit. I can go back any time to redeem that credit. Their card selection is amazing too. It has a lot of cards and packs for cheap prices. It has baseball, hockey, football, basketball, and even Pokémon cards. The one bad thing is the sizes. They barely have any kids stuff and it is sort chaotic to find something.”
