“Celebrated here for my birthday and it was everything plus more. I love this place, it looks exactly like the pictures. We stayed in the Paradise suite, it was safe, updated, clean and everything worked properly. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I will be returning.”
“I'm a Hilton Diamond member, stayed at this property because my company booked it. It is a fantastic hotel, big room, separate seating area, nice spotless bathroom, amazing TV channels selection. Great bed, fat pillows. Kinda made my last few Hilton stays look bad.”
“I don't go often, but I do like going on a Saturday between 2pm-4pm. It's not as busy, an older crowd (my people). I went in with a winning ticket that I didn't cash from 12/30/23. I inserted it into the slots. The machine rejected it, but it got stuck when coming out. I had to call for service. The young lady retrieved it, looked at it, and told me to cash it in at the cage. Took it to the cage, Brandi (short blond hair) looked at it and told me, "This is no good, you only have 90 days to use." I told her to look at the 12/30 date at the bottom and that it was still good. She got quiet, keyed in some information, and replied, "barely." She then gave me my money. I thought to myself, don't let the grey hair fool you, I work with dates and numbers all day every day. I pay attention to that. I thought to myself, is this her scam? Does she tell Seniors their tickets are no good and keep them for herself? I didn't get a good vibe from her. Well, that's just me.”

It’s not the place to work for far as paying bills only for people who live with there parents, or in school easy money to make, but I will not wait no more 2 weeks to see a 400 dollar check. As fast as the guest checked out I checked myself out blessing to them.”

Noteworthy details: Parking - As of February 2024, the hotel charges $10 per day to park on their lot. They issue a parking pass, which states that they are not responsible for your vehicle while on their premises. Wait, what? I didn't see any security personnel patrolling the lots. I don't know what they do with the $10. Ridiculousness!!!”

“My girlfriend went to chicago for a music festival, she booked over here because she thought it would be nice. Completely opposite, rooms were terrible needs to be renovated, the bed she was sleeping had bed bugs gross! Finally when she came back from the festival, the sheets nor bed were change and when she reported it to the front office pretty bad service. No follow up with new sheets at all. I recommend that you should not book here.”

All of the furnishings are a couple years out of date, but they are well maintained, giving it a pleasant feel.The floor was oddly a little dirty. I usually walk barefoot in my hotel stays, and within an hour, there was dirt all over the soles of my feet. You wouldn't think it, though, at first glance. Room could probably use a deep clean.Staff is courteous and complimentary breakfast was of good quality. Overall expect a comfortable stay for a little more than 100/night.Rooms: Excellent size. Solid furnishings. Ample toiletries. Shower has solid water pressure and heat.Floor definitely needed deep steam clean.Safety: Hotel is safe and parking plentiful. No issues with a multi day stay.Walkability: About 10 to 15 minute walk to a small number of restaurants and gas stations/convenience stores.Food & drinks: Complementary breakfast 6 to 930. “I've been coming here on and off for years. At one point I stayed a few months at a time. It's reasonably priced and right by the E-Way. Smoking rooms available. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby so it was helpful for me at the time because I didn't have a vehicle. Housekeeping drops by every morning to offer clean linen and toiletries. Front desk staff are great people. I stayed alone and never had any safety issues. I think it's a decent hotel.Walkability: Plenty of close restaurants and stores within walking distance.”

“Went there for the Super Bowl weekend. This was the biggest and nicest Holiday Day Inn I have ever been to. With the Bar Louie in the lobby.The bed was soft shower was great, TV was nice in size with the Keurig. We will return.Rooms: Very cozy.”
“This Motel is a decent spot to spend a weekend it's just minor things that are irritating about its presentation it would be 5 stars if they change the landscaping on the outside, put down new hallway carpet, fixed the back door, change the drapes in the rooms, and remodeled the front office area but it just seem like they will never have that epiphany”
