“The entire rental process was quick and painless. Aaron was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a full tour of the building while explaining some of the beautiful old building’s history as well as storage facility policies. There are several drive up docks for loading and unloading as well as numerous carts available for indoor transport. The entire space was clean and well-lit. Overall very happy with my decision to rent here.”

The unit was ideal size and location since I moved and downsized my stuff from Bridgeview, plus it's so accessible to Midway if I need it. “Stopped in a few days ago to talk about my Rent but no one was there at the time and I was about to leave and Tina pulled up. She asked what i needed and if she could help and asked if i could wait until she got inside and apologized for no one here and she really help me out this day and she answered all my questions. It looked like this day was a long day for her even though it was 10:30am, but As we were talking she stated that she is from another district and this will be her last week in the district. I told her I'm coming over to where you are from now on to ask questions and pay if I need too. She is SOOOO FRIENDLY and doesn't mind answering any questions or helping me fix any problems I've been having!!! It will be sad to see her leave!!!!!”

“Ms nique is literally the reason I stay with this company, everything i look up they are charging new prices and I get upset.but nique the store manager is great at what she does. Update:Nique is still one of the best employees that they have,a manager calls me 5 mins ago to basically verbally tell me why I keep getting an increase on rent on a place of business that doesn’t need upgrades or anything done to specific unit and mentioned market rate and competitive pricing and I simply mentioned his competitors are charging me lesser for the same unit but he definitely didn’t offer to match it if that’s the excuse we are using to keep price gouging on a standstill place that needs nothing or justifys the comp of keep raising the rent on a unit I’ve kept for years….the storage game is becoming like the insurance game…my social media outlets reach close to 100,000 followers in total combined and I wonder which one can point me to a place that isn’t gonna keep almost doubling the price on a stand still product and keeps its rates locked in,I can work the system by simply moving out and renting another unit online but who has the time to keep moving”
